The doctor is amazing and the nurse who came in for vitals and to perform the tests was kind and patient. The girl at the desk was rude and told me I should probably go home because there was a long wait time. I told her my son had a very high fever and she again suggested go home and do a virtual appointment but why would I when he couldn't get tested? He ended up being diagnosed with the flu. The desk girl should be fired because everyone else goes over and above to accommodate.

Receptionist could have been a bit friendlier otherwise the rest of the staff was friendly not as thorough care as I have received in the past. I made an appointment on line for the Tarrytown office describing that I had an injury to my foot. When I got there they informed me that the X-ray tech was in Dobbs Ferry that day and that I would have to go to Dobbs Ferry for treatment. I hobbled out of the office and went to Dobbs Ferry.

Reserving an appointment online the night before was fast and easy. Front desk was kind, quick, and professional. Dr. Chan was knowledgeable and explained all possible diagnoses. He was thorough and attentive too. Rooms were clean and presentable. Waiting area never packed or have you wait more than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend

Speedy check in and get seen on time or right around the time you chose. I also once came in as a walk-in and I waited no more than 15 minutes. Service is great. They are speedy yet thorough and they are extremely clean and caring. I would never go back to another urgent care besides this branch.

Came for both stitches and sickness and both times treated me excellent and explained everything to me.

Initial visit was fine. The doctor asked that I bring my son back to check his ear and possibly flush it if necessary. I asked if I had to make another appointment he said no just walk in from 8-8pm. When I returned the receptionist was extremely rude. She said that doctor wasn’t in and he hadn’t put anything in his notes. I’m trying to tell her what the doctor told me and why would I just show up unless the doctor asked us to return. She proceeded to tell me they don’t ask patients to return and he told me verbally and there was no notes so basically she can’t believe what I’m saying. Then she says to sign my son in and he’ll be seen. I asked if I would then have to make another co payment she said of course!! Complete waste and all I did was follow what the doctor asked.

Entire staff was welcoming and responsive .

The attending doctor was detailed in all his responses and clarified any concerns which I had . I remember him from previous past visits and his high level of professionalism remains the same. Kudos to him and to your administration.

I am very happy with my visit here. I just walked in to see if the cut on my head needed medical attention. Front desk and doctor were very efficient. They stapled my cut and had me on my way in under an hour. Quick and easy.

I have used this urgent care facility twice and each time it was as good as it gets. There wasn't a long waiting time, the receptionist was friendly and the doctor was caring and helpful. Highly recommend.
