Jessie was so sweet and caring. Michael in X-ray was gentle and thorough. Dr. Hashemi was kind, gentle and caring. It was my pleasure to spend time with all of them.

Check the age on their ratings. They haven't received many good reviews in the last 2 years. The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful. That said, friendly and communicative ARE NOT the words I would use to describe the nurse who saw me. She was very rude and abrupt with me. Her explanation of the visit led me to think I was receiving an X-ray only (I had an x-ray 2 weeks ago). So I asked if bringing those would be sufficient for the visit and I can avoid avoid paying for an x-ray twice and not receive a double dose of radiation. She said if that's what I want to do that was fine and I was instructed to go cancel my appointment. The front desk staff was very confused by this and told me that's not the way the appointments are supposed to work but basically that was that. I was told the office manager would contact me by the end of day and that didn't happen either. All that said I will be looking for other options for care.

The doctors and staff I have dealt with for treatment and appointments have been great; however, it is unfortunate that they will not assist with the paperwork required for social security disability or disability retirement when they are the specialists that know your diagnosis and what surgeries and/or treatments you have done. This causes extreme hardship to those of us with long term disabilities.

After several years of putting off a recommended hip replacement, I researched many doctors from Northern VA down to Richmond and ultimately decided on Dr Xhaferi. Aside from marrying my wife, this was the best decision of my life. Dr Xhaferi replaced my hip and gave me back a part of my life that was missing for several years now. Something so simple as putting on socks and tying shoes can be taken for granted but now I feel like I am whole again. His team includes some really great people as well. Selena is absolutely the nicest person you will encounter when you visit the Wellford St. location. She is immediately responsive to any questions via the portal and is a very caring person. Dr Xhaferi's PA, Julia is an amazing lady and I'm sure her efforts to assume some of the doctor's tasks contribute to the success of that team. Christin is also very helpful and there are others I am missing but the bottom line is that Dr Xhaferi's entire office works as a team who puts the patient first. I've never felt like I was a burden to them. Thank you all!

My wife is being treated by Dr. Kirchmier.
His office nurse is, pleasant, thorough and understanding. Dr. K answers any questions the patient and family presents and was quick to enter the appropriate referrals. Have been very pleased with everything connected with her care.
