Community Healthcare Network has let me down countless times. My family and I only prefer this clinic because of its convenient location. That is the ONLY reason. However, I am looking for a new physician and orthodontist because I would much rather quality over convenience. Booking an appointment in the office or over the phone are both nightmares because after waiting for assistance or being taken off hold, you'll be scheduled anywhere from 2-5 months later. This is ridiculous. Not to mention, if there are miscommunications or you're late for an appointment, they do very little to accommodate. Ironically, if you're on time, you can be left waiting up to an hour+. The waits are lengthy, face-time with the doctors themselves are too rushed (in my experience), and receptionists are not the friendliest. If you don't care about your health & well-being, then you won't mind waiting on this location to help you.

If you value your health and want quick efficient Dr’s appt’s do NOT go here. How do you not have a Gyn for a month and then cancel the appointment for February that I made in December? This is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to be seen here by a Gyn. They didn’t even have an appt for me to see the regular doctor when I said maybe they can just run labs. Truly awful place and the nurses have bad attitudes and the neighborhood is HORRIBLE

They booked me an hour away from my home in LIC (despite the fact there is a location in LIC) and told me I could get a physical and the vaccine shot the same day. Get to the location and was informed I had gone to the wrong location, took the new address and made it over to the second location. Was seen by a nurse within 10 minutes who was lovely but informed me I would not be getting the vaccine I’d have to book separately for that. Then was brought back out into the waiting room were I sat for an hour by now I know I have an hour ride back home and will be late picking up my kid. I ended up leaving without getting anything other than my weight taken because whoever does their scheduling is trash. The niceness of the staff is the only reason they are getting 2 stars if not for that I would have given them 0.

Horrible service I have been calling for the past 2 weeks for my blood pressure medication and nothing. Every time I call the call center. I was told that the message was forward over to the doctor and will be processed the next business day. Never happen I have call on July 14, July 15, July 18, July 20, July 22 and July 25 and July 28 same story ever time. This makes no sense that you have to keep calling for your medication refill. I will be looking for a new physician because if I stay with Community HealthCare services on Sutphin Blvd I will have a stroke or heart attack waiting on them to fill my blood pressure medication. Going to reach out to the Dept of Health because no one should have to deal with not getting the proper medical and medication when needed.

I followed my Doctor to this practice, who I seen the last 6 years only to find u professional reception works, poor attention to patients and disregard for patient retention by the Centers Director. This facility is a poor excuse for a medical community, not only was my loyalty unwarranted but my trust as well.

Please note: after being hospitalized for 4 days, and still struggling with physical movement, I took the LIRR and arrived 10 minutes outside of my “grace period” window. When I got up to the receptionist, before saying hi she looked and IGNORED me, as I waited about 5-10 minutes she then looked up and said - do you have an apt . I explained yes, gave her my info and she said I missed the appointment... I further explained I was HOSPITALIZED and gone a LONG distance costing money and that she should alert my DR I’m HERE. She started BLANKLY at me and then proceeded to do as I requested.

I sat for 3.5 HOURS and was never seen before leaving I approached the centers director, in pain and frustration to tell her I was terminating my physician, after 6 years she simply replied OK. The attention for patient and dr relations were not of any concern to the facility or faculty.

Not only was the receptionist unprofessional, unhelpful and ill mannered but lacked empathy, but clearly they see it from their superiors and emulate such an awful customer service- SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and TIME- find a private practice.

From inception to now which is almost a year, I’ve had all very positive experiences from reception to doctors, nurses and administration. It’s a very busy facility with lots of patients, don’t expect to be coddled, but expect professional and courteous people. I’ve had some hiccups here and there but they were handled well and quickly.

I have been a patient for 8 yrs in the Bronx location and is very sad that both locations follow a different protocol specially now with COVID-19 mostly just to protect themselves and not the patient. I am giving a shout out to the receptionist team because they are amazing specially the Spanish light skin one. She is lovely and very helpful and resourceful.
