I'll try to be brief, had a test which took place on a Friday and a Monday. After the Monday test was told I'd get a call in two days with results. That didn't happen, I had to call and left a message which was expected. Got the call back I think it was friday, never the less it wasn't two days. Reason I didn't get my call in two days was told "we're busy" really now? Also in the conversation while getting my results she just started laughing? Guess there was something going on in the office more important than my cardiac results?

Also prior to getting my bill I sent a message through their platform asking for their remittance address, never got an answer?

Draw your own conclusions but I think I'll think twice next time I need a test.

I must say when I visit UHS Norwich cardiology it's always a wonderful experience, the nurses are super nice. I'm in and out in no time, my wait time was under a minute as soon as I was all checked in. Its a wonderful pleasant visit when I see my cardiologist, I would have to say one of the best in the area. I've been seeing this person for over some time now and my health went from very poor, to being very healthy, all thanks to my cardiologist. Thank you

I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR! This place is an absolute disgrace. My sister and brother in law were in a car accident, and absolutely refused care on him, but did care on her but very poorly. They denied him an xray on his arm, or any medical treatment, and with my sister they sent her home with a sling, not even on her, she had to do it her self. I would highly recommend NOT going to that emergency room at all!
(Pics to show what his arm looks like, we took them to another hospital after they were discharged)

It's taken a while to bring myself to write this. Late October my dad was on hospice care waiting to be brought home. He was in medsurge, all the nurses knew he was at a very high risk for falls. They also knew he was low oxygen and confused. They had no bed alarm set for him. He got up and walked to the bathroom, fell and broke his hip while under their care. He came home on Halloween, passed away Nov 3rd. Thanks to their negligence my dad spent his last days in severe pain, unable to move. Do you know what it's like to watch your father die in severe agony? He wouldn't have been in such pain if they did their job. I'll never forgive them. It's also worth mentioning when they finally found him on the bathroom floor, he had all his medications with him instead of them being held at the desk. Another example of negligence allowing him to have all his meds while not in the right state of mind. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The doctor was rude inconsiderate nurses were excellent . I stated I refuse Iv and blood work he tried to force me into it which when I stated I don't want it his reaction was ahhhhhhhh I'll put in for it anyway. Rude inconsiderate and then I tried to leave and they tried convincing me that it will change . Never again this hospital has done this to many times and that is one way to get sued or have a doctor get hurt .

As rated in US News & World Report's annual evaluations, this hospital is consistently "Below Average!"
What that national rating clearly implies is that this is the hospital where one goes to die. From it's woeful nurses, to administrators who scrub less than 3 star Ratings, this place merely exists as the sole alternative to a large rural area.
Be assured that true health care is not a priority at this so-called medical facility.
