I have attempting to reach out to them for months for appointment. The first time this happen my IEP case was closed and the person I spoke with was very rude and nasty about. When I was finally moved to a new counselor, I only was able to meet up two or three times. I call the supervisor and they tell me they will get back to me and fail to. I had a set appointment in February and showed up, no one was there in the Auburn branch. When they did get me job, where I feel like was not being treated right. After three weeks I left. Unable to meet for a while, then was able to speak with someone and very rude. I went back to college for a second degree and here I am done with school and one month after calling still no return phone, snail mail and e-mail. They have not help my 19 year sister all who is an IEP and a physical disability, My question who is taking the money and running with it? At least I was able to get them to help me with driving lessons before I was moved to a new counsler. I do not think the problem is counselor's it is the big wigs or the people in charge do not know what they are doing. Not even worth one star.

Cathy Drake was horrible when I talked to her a couple weeks ago about possibly getting help paying for school. I've been trying to obtain my nursing degree but lost financial aid. She asked me if I had different interests because due to my grades and my personal circumstances (I have two children) it's not working for me! I felt so insulted and I cried after I hung up on her. I've been trying to contact management ever since and no call back ! Horrible !

Seen a counselor for maybe a week, then he left, with no one to replace him after I was told there would be, I had to travel from Fulton to Syracuse just to see him, still can't get ahold of ANYONE to see about a new counselor it's very annoying if your trying to seek job help I truly don't recommend this place at all not even worth the one star.

These people are rude and unhelpful, after getting talked to like I was inconveniencing the woman in the Malone NY office and getting any information out of her was like pulling teeth, i call this office and the rude gentlemen who answered the phone was equally as unhelpful as the previous individuals and rushed me to an answering machine before i could finish my sentence. I don't understand why you have the service to help Disabled veterans if you can't find people that actually want to help someone without talking to them like there are kids.
