I own a hair salon business that I rent. I also have stylist that rent within the salon. The business next to us flooded from a pipe broken. Water saturated a part of the salon. This company was awesome came in didn’t interrupt services, very quite, super professional. I can’t say enough about the service I’ve received. I hope not to use the service again 🌼 but they would be the first place I call if needed. I recommend them highly. Also my other stylist and clients were impressed as well! Thank you, Cathy

We experienced a flood by a sink that had been overflowing for almost an hour before we discovered it. It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I called Servpro and they were on site in about an hour. They have been extraordinary in their response, professionalism and the compassion with which they carry themselves, knowing full well that many of us are calling them for a first-time emergency. Josh and his team are top notch! Our house flooded on Memorial Day 2024. They took the call and were at my house within two hours (on a holiday)! The staff worked diligently to get the water off the floors, remove all damaged flooring/baseboards then began the drying out process. Their equipment was second to none. When remediation was complete, I felt 100% satisfied that we wouldn't have any further issues from the flood. Thank you ServPro Tavares!

Josh Brennan (Hoping I spelled that correctly) literally saved my life. Let me paint a picture for you. I'm 17, my parents go out of town, leaving me, the irresponsible teenager, in charge of the house AND their most prized Persian rug in the sitting room. It's dad's favorite conversation piece. So I think cool I'm gonna invite some friends over. I have this one friend, his names Andy denoon, a real clutz. He comes over with the gang we are all hanging out and what do I come into the sitting room to find? Andy sitting cross cross apple sauce on the rug like a toddler, attempting to chug a two liter of mountain dew. He laughs when I walk in, spewing mtn dew every where. This is it, I thought, my dad's going to kill me. So I try to convey to Andy the situation he put me in, and his response? "That sounds stressful man, Good thing I don't have a dad." So I'm panicking, I call up Josh at Servpro, and he immediately tells me "Calm down bro, I got this no problem. You get me that Persian and I will get you out of this in no time." So I rush to collect the rug I yell for Andy to help me carry it out of the house. We load it in the back of the truck and run to drop it off. Luckily no one was outside to hear Andy yelling as we carried it out "This is not a dead body!!! It is just a rug!" So we drop the rug off and you won't believe the service we received, he had that thing spotless in no longer than an hour, maybe an hour and a half. I couldn't believe it, this man had some kind of super power. Don't even get me started on the price, couldn't have been more than reasonable. Anyways, thank you Josh for saving me from certain death. And everyone make sure to give this guy a call next time you're in a bind. Also go subscribe to Sunday cool 😜
