Hey! Just wanted to share that about a month ago, our neighbor had a flood and recommended SERVPRO of Sunrise, specifically Team Locandro. I was really impressed by the inspection they did for us because we had a moisture problem on one wall that was changing color. I called them right away, and Carolina came with Randy. They explained everything so clearly, even took a moisture reading with a device. I had no idea that could happen! We’re now looking into remediation with them, but first, we need to do the mold test protocol, which they can’t do out of ethics. Seriously, if you don’t know, these things can happen. Thanks, guys! 100% recommend

Good afternoon! Yesterday we had a water emergency; it was coming through the window and reaching the living room downstairs. I never thought they would arrive to help us so quickly. My wife was really worried about the damage, but as soon as the Locandro team from SERVPRO got here, they acted fast and prevented it from getting worse. It is the second time in the past year that I had to use ServPro of Sunrise's water damage mitigation and restoration services at two different properties. I had two different crews, and in both instances the crew was professional, courteous, empathetic, and did an excellent job. They explained the process, patiently answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after themselves. The second incident, during the Corona stay at home advisory, every member of the crew had on a face mask and wore fresh gloves before they entered my home. I would recommend ServPro of Sunrise wholeheartedly to anyone who needs water damage mitigation and restoration services.

I highly recommend. The pipe to my water heater burst at 8pm. The manager was at my property in 30 mins and his team was there an hour later. This group is very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They are very diligent in getting the job done properly. I'm glad I called them.
