On a Monday night we found out house flooded from end to end. Joe and Tracy came out and cleaned up the water, installed fans, and dehumidifiers. They were onsite till well after midnight. Since then the team (including Jess) has been returning to make their checks and adjustments. Working within our schedule to make it as painless as possible. Their professionalism and encouragement has been great!

Chuck and Jessica came to my house the day I called in a panic due to water damage. I have not previously dealt with water damage so I was incredibly worried. My water heater leaked and created a small pond in my house. WHILE I was on the phone, making an insurance claim, I was called by their boss, Wes, to set up the dehumidifier and fans. It was INSTANT service. They came after hours and professionally installed all of the fans and dehumidifier to dry out my house. They explained everything along the way, were polite and very patient. They also stayed until about 8 o clock at night.

They’ve scheduled their daily check ups (to check water saturation ) around my schedule and have been SO polite and professional each time they’ve come.

They text before they come, to double check availability and have made this catastrophic situation a little bit easier.
