Great doctors, horrible office staff. I wish these great doctors would invest a better support staff.

I have been yelled in the office at that I did not paid a bill. When I show they deposited my check, it turned out they applied it to the wrong account. I can forgive human mistakes, but they better be right before making accusations.

When my pharmacy sends prescription refill requests, those requests are consistently not responded to. I do not think the doctors are getting these requests and they are being held up by the office staff.

While I recognize they are in the business of providing medical care and making money. It is my strong feeling that the making money people are getting in the way of the providing medical care people.

I have been a patient at Montgomery Family Medicine for at least 15 years. I have seen many doctors and PAs over this time and the care is wonderful. I never wait. Today I had my annual physical and was in and out in a little over an hour even though the visit was extremely detailed. The doctors and PAs have all the records from my other doctors and from hospital visits. The office staff is very professional. (They could update their website more often, a few PAs and a doctor are no longer with the practice; however this does not affect patient care.). I highly recommend this practice.

This office is really terrible. I have been going there since 2010 and my insurance was changed and they said that they don't take my new insurance so I left for two years and when my insurance has changed again at work I came back. And when I was back I realized that the staffing has changed especially people who worked at the front desk. These ladies are so rude except Stephany (Stefany).
I call right now on 9/11/24 and spoke with Tesla she said she is the manager there but I think she needs more training because she treated her customers nasty and very rudely and always seem like fighting and if she is acting like this how and what she will expect from her staff to do to her customers? They always over bills me and in this office and I received the bills that I don't understand and I called so they can explain to me but this lady started yelling at me and I felt like she was arguing so I told her and rose my voice too that why always she doesn't have patience to explain things to her patients? Sometimes because what we have been going through as patients, we need little attention and affection and patience from the team of doctors and their staff and especially towards someone who is very sick and suffering. I don't think this lady deserves this place in this office. Dr Nicole please you are very nice to me please try your best to train more your staff. It's my fault because many times if I called I asked to talk to Stefany but today I didn't and wanted to try with this lady again but unfortunately I was disappointed.

I have been a patient of this office for over 20 years and for a long time things were great, but he past at least 5 years things have not been great. While the providers are still great, particularly my PCP Dr. Friedland; the front office staff are EXTREMELY rude, they make mistakes and blame you and they all need to be replaced with those who specialize in being client facing, empathetic and efficient. I won't get into specifics but my biggest point here is that the front desk staff, those who answer the phones and schedulers are rude! I hope the providers and managers there please address this issue as I see I am not the only one complaining about this.

Called to establish care and was told I needed to fill out new patient forms. Called back to submit since they provided a bad email and they were closed to patients. First PCP I have heard of wanting forms ahead of time instead of scheduling then doing forms. Wastes patient time.

The call center is staffed by idiots. They call me to confirm a relative's appointments because I'm listed as their emergency contact. Emphasis on the word "emergency". I told them that appointment reminders are not emergencies so they shouldn't be calling me for that. It didn't even register. The "agent" just repeated the same request to let my relative know about their appointment. Just getting through to talk to them took four attempts, waiting on hold for at least five minutes each time. Ridiculously poor patient support. I'm glad that their not my primary because I would bounce for sure.

All I can say is this is the worst practice to take your health care needs to. Very unprofessional. They really do not care about your health just billing to make money. Nothing wrong with billing or making money if they actually care about the individuals that they are supposed to be taking care of. You can never get an appointment with them and when you do, they keep you waiting for at least 30 to 45 min after your scheduled appointment, when you are on time for your appointment. However, should you be late for your appointment, they would not see you and not even care to understand the reason why you were late to begin with. I was 15 mins late for an 8am appointment, yes I understand that they have to keep things moving, however, it would be great if they took time to find out and to have an understanding of why I was late and what the issue was for being late. Having a 8am appointment and having to drive 45 mins on Route 495 on a work day, you can never predict what would happen. Unfortunately, their were multiple accidents this very morning of my appointment and with other unforeseen issues too. I tried to call however, unfortunately, their don't receive calls until 8:30am. I had to wait 6 months to get an appointment for a physical and then to get there 15 min late and not be seen because of this, was very disappointing.

Both of my parents have been going to this practice for past 3-4 years and they have received excellent care from all the doctors and staff. My parents are especially very comforatble with Dr Jasleen Salvan. she always gives them her full attention and thoroughly checks my parents records. She does repeat follow ups as needed and is very patient and polite. She takes her time in explaining everything. My parents are very comfortable with her. They associate Montgomery Family & Internal Medicine Associates with Dr Jasleen Salvan!
