I’m so happy I decided to use Inside Recruiter! I chose them because the services offered were well tailored for different career levels, were priced reasonably, and the staff worked as recruiters and knew what to look for. They are also the only company I found that listed their staff member names, pictures, and backgrounds on their website. I was paired with the amazing Sharon Hung! She is extremely kind, polite, patient, and professional. She asked so many thorough questions about my work history, accomplishments, and career goals, as well as reviewed a job post I had provided to better fit my resume for the types of jobs I want. I didn’t think I had any accomplishments in my past work, but Sharon was great in guiding me to think about my actual work duties and how those could be translated into achievements. I had done so much more than I realized! She was excellent with communication-answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. My finished resume was fantastic-great quality! She brought my accomplishments to life instead of just a list of duties. She even used the volunteer work I did while out of work during the pandemic to fill in what would’ve been a gap in employment. My new resume had a lot of writing and I was worried it would be overlooked, but Sharon took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the strategy behind her work, and made me feel comfortable knowing there was still time for edits if needed. And for an added bonus, Sharon frequently provided job application tips throughout our time working together! They have gone above and beyond to help me with updating my resume and with preparing for my interview. Nate was my consultant and he has a lot of vital knowledge on resume writing and job search.
