We LOVE Miss Kitty’s. The staff has been phenomenal to us and this is the only way we would be able to limit the community cat population near us. This is the girl they have most recently helped us with, Hissy Hazel.

I actually could not say a single bad thing about this place. They do the work that needs to be done. Kim, who is the operations manager, does everything with a smile. Please, please, please give this place love. Whether it is in donating, volunteering, fostering, and even better yet, ADOPTING! There are so many cats here who need a furever home. Please consider this loving sanctuary when looking to adopt a cat 🙂

I went to miss kitty today and brought 2 stray cats for neutered. I had 2 of their cages for a little over a year. I get it I should had brought them back but I didn't. Because I moved back to florida. Than moved back to georgia recently.But today the lady at the front desk instead of coming nicely and talk to me she snatched the cages and with an attitude said we're taking our cages back. Very unprofessional. And said I'm not getting my $100 deposit back. Which I truly understand and don't blame them. I am sorry for coming out the way I did. I shouldnt have lower myself to her level. But I did. I know that the money is being used for a good cause. And I truly understand. Regret the way it went. Because I truly understand that I shouldn't get my money back cause is no one's fault but mine for not bringing the cages back. But in the future she needs to come about it a better and more professional way. The only reason I got an attitude and went about it with an attitude because she brought that out of me. So being said I truly apologize. Lesson learned. Many Blessings!

I had 2 cats that I needed to surrender due to allergies my child developed towards them. I called the facility and had to leave a voicemail (regardless if they are open they never answer you have to hope and pray they call you back). Well someone finally called back and put me on schedule for 11am on a Tuesday that was 2 weeks away. Fast-forward to that Tuesday… we arrive with only one cat (one unfortunately ran away) and the lady that answered the door (it was locked during business hours and we waited for 10-15 minutes for someone to come) was very rude. First thing she said was “what are you here for” we tried to explain we had an appointment and she proceeds to tell me “we cant take in anymore cats.” “And I don’t have you on the schedule.” Remind you I spoke with someone 2 weeks prior. The lady I spoke with prior sent me a text as well but that day when I called MULTIPLE times she blocked my number. Noone mentioned a surrender fee to me since they would have to see if it was a good fit for my cats before they could keep them indefinitely. When she told me of the fee that day I explained the lady never told me of the fee. She proceeded to be rude and unhelpful so we left.

What I have gathered from this encounter was that the lady at the facility was the OWNER. She was VERY rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them for any surrender or help. Read the reviews on the facility and trust the negative ones. Do not waste your time with her!

The only good aspect of Miss Kitty's would be the spay and neuter clinic. I do recommend the clinic!
