I can’t say enough good things about Yoga with Indi! From the moment you step into her class, you feel welcomed and supported. She creates such a calming and uplifting atmosphere — it’s the perfect blend of challenge and relaxation.

Her instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for beginners, but she also offers modifications for more advanced students, which makes the class feel inclusive for everyone. Indi’s energy is so warm and encouraging; you will always feel uplifted in her course. I especially love how she always starts the sessions with positive affirmations and a prayer.

I have had the opportunity to do yoga with Indie a couple times. She is a very patient attentive teacher. She is encouraging and positive in the way she provides feedback to her class. If you have never done yoga before she will definitely help you get started. Highly recommend if you are looking for slow flow yoga!

Ms. Indiga has been a huge asset to our family. She helps us with school transportation of three boys during the week. Some things I like most about her, is that she’s very professional, organized, and dependable! Some of the things that the boys like most about her is that she is very accommodating, fun & outgoing, and she actually appreciates working with them! I’m a former division 1 athlete, and have attended multiple yoga w Indi classes. Mobility is huge for athletes and anyone who wishes to stay elastic. I was scared to get into it, but after my first class with Indi, I didn’t want to leave. I’m an introverted individual and it’s easy for me to stay in my shell, but Indi provided balance. Making it easy for me to feel so comfortable. Then you check out her business, and you realize your yoga instructor does EVERYTHING. I don’t leave reviews ever, but if you were questioning it, do it! She’s my hidden, appropriately priced, Jill of all trades, gem right here in Atlanta.

What a great time with had with Indiga as our wedding coordinator! She was extremely helpful with set up and breakdown of our event. She was a great host and kept the flow of the event going. We also appreciate the photos and videos she got of the night. A million THANK YOUs!
