Another homerun at Yuppy Puppy. Two weeks ago, I took four dogs for grooming. Today, I took pur golden who is an 80# baby. Looks great and he loved the groomer.
Also, took in Chicken Nugget who we think is part chihuahua but looks like a minpinkm. Feisty and they were SUPER with him.
I really recommend you give these guys a try. You will not be disappointed.

Today was my first time taking my yorkie she is 4 months . Just the experience of walking in the door . The lady greeted me so kindly. This is also the first time I have a dog with hair . She so was nice . She asked me about cutting Bella’s hair . I then told her I really didn’t know how I wanted it cut . I actually told her that I didn’t know what I was doing since this was my first time taking my Bella for a hair cut . She then showed me a picture of a dog that had the hair cut and asked me if I would like it like that . I love the hair cut on that picture I said yes . I dropped her off at 8 am and around 10 I had called and no one answered but they did send me a text apologizing that they missed my call . I wrote back and said I was just wondering about Bella since I had an appt at 11.30 in riverdale . They responded and told me she would be ready for pick up in 30 mins. I love the fact how they communicated. This place is awesome . I will only take Bella here for grooming . I never got the lady’s name at the desk. But she made me feel welcomed . She is so sweet . Thank you you guys you just gained another customer and a faithful one !! I have added a picture of Bella before her cut and after ♥️♥️♥️ we can finally see her EYES now 🩷🩷

I’ve brought my dog here about 3x, I’m always satisfied with the work they do, love the little bandanna they give her (being as she’s short haired and can’t get cute bows and stuff lol), the prices for her were great with all that comes with it. I recently brought my cat in as well for a trim unfortunately they only provide very low cuts for cats (keep that in mind) and it’s a bit pricey but she needed it due to her excessive shedding during the summer months and it looks great, she also got a cute little bandanna! They do a good job with the grooming, my pets smelled nice, overall I was satisfied!

My only con is how long it takes; which I’m sure is because they’re dealing with a lot of pets at once since they don’t really do appointments, so it’s understandable— but each time it’s taken 3+ hrs and I have to call them to make sure everything is okay (worrisome pet mom), I don’t live nearby anymore so I have to find things to do in the area to pass time and sometimes it takes the whole day 😩

The worst experience I have ever experienced! Yes small dogs are aggressive but if you a groomer and you feel like you can’t handle her. SAY NO!! But yet they but her on a leash with a muzzle and took her back. Alana the front receptionist was rude. She didn’t make eye contact and kept being ride and smart towards me. And once I spoke with the owner Danielle it explained why the receptionist is rude the way she is. The owner showed no regards to my concern. But I get out ten ppl one complaint won’t hurt. But just wait until your bad service show to those others you and your staff will be shut down. My dog was mistreated and the only thing the owner said was I should talk to the vet to get my dog some calming medication. SMH

Took my border collie for a shampoo and trim. They did an excellent job, trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears. And cheaper than PetSmart!.

Review Update ***
This company has turned into a money hungry company that charges more than PetSmart and provides a lessor service. My dog is limping due to the under belly cuts. I ate all for a sanitary trim. There should have been no shaving. SMH I will not return. If you live your pets go else where.

First of all never again do not take your dogs here I paid too much money and my dogs literally stinks Like they didn’t get a bath, I literally had to give both of my dogs a bath when they got home because how bad they smell they shaved my dogs down completely when I told them not to My dogs have multiple cuts on them. Bloody dried up from being cut by equipment And also, it took them eight hours for my dogs to be ready. Worst experience ever never bring your dogs here.
