I attended with my dog earlier this year. I'm grateful for what they were able to teach me. The dedication of once a week was on point for myself and Honey. I can honestly say they trained me and with that it helped me to train my dog. After about 2 months into our program it did start to get a little less than professional. My appts with Jay weren't kept and we no longer felt valued. Craig who is the owner was understanding and great about our decision to be removed from the membership. Nonetheless, I have still learned some great tools and I am still applying them til this day.

Craig and his team of diverse individuals are very knowledgeable about training dogs. They all take their time to teach why we do what we do during training. Whenever we go we are in, working and out. Quick each week. My 2 have improved dramatically. We will continue to go as long as we need to. Thanks K9 Solutions!

Very unprofessional! I went to do an evaluation for my dog and paid $100 for the month. I reached out multiple times for dog training. We had a date set up and we both had to reschedule but when I attempted to follow up after he rescheduled, Craig could not commit to a date. I have called and text to get a refund and now he says he has no proof I paid and blocked me.
FIND ANOTHER DOG TRAINER!

Just started using this place recently and I already see a change in my dog for the better. Looking forward to the end gains.!! Definitely recommend if you have Shephered dog or any dog food for protection. They specialize in Shepherds and black owned!

I was at the McDonald's across the road when I saw an employee treating the animals very poorly. He was snatching them around and I even saw him lift a small dog off the ground by the leash in frustration. Admittedly the dogs were both very poorly behaved but still. I have never used their service (and never will after seeing that) but if you are a dog owner and saw what I saw, you wouldn't use their services either.

I definitely do NOT suggest leaving your dogs here for training. It is definitely advised to be present when these people have your animals. I sent them an email regarding this issue and they never replied to address it so I decided to place a warning here. Careful.

ADDED: I sent the initial concerned email to them June 26th and its July 4th and they never responded, but it only took them a few minutes to respond to a bad review where other people could see it. That doesn't seem like honesty and good business practices to me.

I merely hope that the owners response is honest (I have no way of being sure it is) because there's definitely no way that dogs should be treated that way... Especially the dogs of people who have paid you to care for them and treat them well.

You want results, professionalism, and a family vibe you're searching in the right place!! These gentlemen can train a werewolf if you can find one!! It's not to many other schools that don't discriminate against certain breeds. Basic obedience, protection whatever your need is for your 4 legged baby I recommend
