Wonderful place for daycare and boarding! Beignet is rescue who still has severe separation anxiety / abandonment fear. He rarely hesitates to leave me for "school" and tail wags infinity miles-per-hour waiting at the drop-off door. Love that he has regular dog friends (and human fans) he happily plays with on camera. Through Beignet's behavior and demeanor, can tell he is beyond well taken care of / comfortable and happier / better rehabilitation progress from Dogtopia.
Doctor with long hours and call, thus do membership for everyday and boarding when needed (facility's hours are flexible & great; open Saturdays too). Very grateful to have place can trust & respect, so I can be at peace.
Only issues ever had were from communication breakdown (own experience and observed others'). But the staff are great and made-up for it each time with explanations / follow-through, including credits. The issue might be from an over-reliance on texting. Would still recommended Dogtopia 100% without hesitation.

We started bringing Ollie to Dogtopia Decatur as soon as he was old enough to go! Over the last 4 months of going to daycare, we have seen such a tremendous change in Ollie’s behavior in the best way possible. The coaches have been so welcoming and friendly to him and now Ollie likes daycare even more than he like being home! My husband and I both work full time, so Dogtopia has made getting a puppy possible and so much easier. We are so grateful! Would 100% recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT YOUR DOG SAFE. My dog had a 1 inch laceration wound on his ear, still bleeding when I picked him up. No staff there noticed the injury and no one brought this to my attention. I found out the situation myself at the courier. I paid over $700 for stitching (wound repair) and medicines. They were not being helpful or sincere AT ALL, not even an apology before I requested one. The staff who answered my call showed no empathy and made the excuse that my dog’s wound was unnoticed because “there are so many dogs running around at the pick up time” and that “it was hard to notice everything.” My response: (1.) I think anyone should notice this amount of blood on my dog’s white fur. It’s all over the head, the ear, and the neck. This was how he looked like when he was handed over to me by your staff. But none of the staff noticed, not even when he was the only one dog there with them when he was on his way to me. So If I was there a couple hours late, my dog will most likely remain unnoticed, surrounded by tens of other dogs, and there could be serious infection, inflammation, or further rip. (2.) Also, monitoring the safety of all dogs there and at least notify the owners (if you cannot prevent the injuries, which I can understand) should be the basic of daycare service. This place and its staffs have failed the main responsibility of monitoring. THEY SAID THEY WILL REACH OUT BACK TO ME BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. THEY WILL NOT EVEN PAY FOR YOUR VET BILLS.

Dogtopia of Decatur has been a godsend to the healthcare workers who start their days in the early morning. We have been bringing our dog there since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it! The staff is incredible, always happy to see your fur baby, and they give your pup all the love you can’t while you’re away. They have been most understanding and flexible when your pickup/drop-off times unexpectedly change — and so easy to notify them with a simple text! They are also quick to respond, too! All around a fantastic place; we are so very grateful for them! [Peep our sweet Claire as she was a featured dog of the week! ☺️]

Life has been so easy since i’ve started bringing my dog King to Dogtopia. The hours are great, they open at 5:30 which is perfect for me since i work at 6. The staff is wonderful and always excited to see my dog, they greet him by name and his tail is always wagging once i mention Dogtopia. The lady at the front desk I think her name is Ty she’s very nice as well! I spoke to her over the phone and she sounded very happy to meet my dog and she helped get us scheduled for our first play date

Dogtopia has been such a lifesaver for my pup and I. The staff is awesome and is always excited to see my pup. Especially TY I love her and her customer service. She always has that big smile on her face and it just makes me feel comfortable when I leave my dog. Once again shoutout TY!!!!! She is the best ever !!!!

Dogtopia has been such a lifesaver for my pup and I! I was looking for a dog daycare that has extended hours to fit my work schedule, and it has worked out great. The staff is awesome and is always excited to see my dog. They do a lot of really cool seasonal events that you can sign up for. Webcams are great. My dog is always excited to go to Dogtopia in the morning!

I genuinely love this place! My dog Snoop feels very comfortable with the staff and always lounging behind the front desk. Ty was very accommodating with allowing us to have an early drop off for Snoops first day which I greatly appreciate.
