My dog loves going there. She howls with delight and gets to play with other dogs. The owners are fantastic with the care they give the dogs and make sure that they don't allow contact with other dogs that don't seem to get along with each other. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it.

We have been boarding our dog at Big Sky Dog Ranch for six years, since he was a puppy. My wife and I can't say enough good things about their facility. We always know that our dog will be very well cared for.
The very first time we boarded our dog there he was a tiny 6 month old puppy . My wife was concerned that he might not eat.
We conveyed this to Dorothy, one of the owners, and she reassured us that if our tiny puppy didn't eat, she would cook some chicken and hand feed it to him. In addition, she encouraged us to call to check on him anytime.
So now, 6 years later, our dog enjoys his stays at the Big Sky Dog Ranch. It is his home away from home.

Simply the best boarding kennel we've ever used! Our dogs get so excited to go there-jumping at the front door to get in. Dorothy and Robert are the nicest people and their business is so clean and spacious. I highly recommend!

Big Sky Dog Ranch is a fantastic place to board your dog in the Bitterroot Valley. Robert is great with our dog Gracie and she enjoys staying there. With other places we have tried she has been stressed and come home with hot spots but she seems perfectly content and very well taken care of at Big Sky Dog Ranch and that all you can ask for. Could not ask for a better boarding kennel. By far the best boarding facility around. Very clean and well kept. The dogs have large spacious indoor outdoor runs and also have huge yards to play in. The owners are wonderful caring people and I don't worry about my dogs when they stay here.

No words can describe how wonderful this place is. They are absolutely amazing and take wonderful car of all their guests. Our dog can not wait to get out of the car and go play with her friends.
