My wife and I followed Dr DiCicco to this service when he transferred there some years ago. He is that good of a clinician who truly cares and is worth the 1 hour drive for us. All of the doctors we have met there have been great. Today I called the office and worked with Bailey (unsure of spelling) to get a MRI referral I was having difficulty with. This young lady not only helped me, she contacted the location doing the MRI to assure it went as smooth as possible. Thank you Bailey. You can bet my wife and I will continue to come to PentaHealth because of great clinicians and office staff like Bailey!!

I've been coming to this practice for multiple years, and in that time I've seen it change hands a few times. Despite that my experience with my primary, Dr Brosius, has been nothing short a phenomenal.

Her medical knowledge is not only up to date and thorough, but her kindness, and general care of my well being is beyond any other doctor I've had. She's genuinely changed my life for the better. Can't recommend enough!

Loved coming to this practice when I had Stacey Yantis, but, she left and I was transferred to Dr. Gallagher, she does not listen and her answer is, " if you keep feeling this way, go to to the ER"

Last year, I nearly died with Sepsis shock because of the whole, er statement. The one doctor which is really good is Dr. Peri, but I was told I can't see her if I have Dr. Gallagher listed on my insurance card. Must be a new policy since they changed to Pentahealth, but it really left a sour taste to my mouth. Unfortunately, my care will be moved to another practice for this reason plus I have been sick for well over 1 months and Dr. Gallagher will not request or refer me to any specialist or testing.

Dr. Brosius is wonderful. It’s too bad the Downingtown office doesn’t know how to run their practice. They say they’re open till seven but even when you call before five you get a message saying the office is closed. God help you if you’re running late for an appointment (due to no fault of your own, like a late train or an accident on the bypass), there’s no way to get in touch with them. Also, my Pharmacy left several messages all day long and no one got back to her. I had to page the doctor oncall. This is no way to run a doctors office. One more pissed-off moment and I’m done

Was informed I’d have to register as a new patient because I hadn’t been there in over 3 years. They texted me 3 times a week about their other services the entire 3 years. You’d think maybe they’d text about something important. I’m going to register as a new patient alright……with a new doctor.

Normally I am not the type of person that complaints right but I am human. How is it possible that I had an appointment from months ago scheduled and I showed up and all I got was an I’m sorry but your appointment was cancel no notes from anyone or explaining why just cancel. To make it worse the front desk staff goes and talks to the provider and all she comes back with is she sees no point is seeing you since we are waiting for lab work results. Excuse me I have other issues that I wanted to discussed with her today. What a way to handle your mistake. Maybe train your front desk people better and whoever cancel my appointment hope gets reprimanded. What a first horrible experience. Oh but don’t worry she will see you next Tuesday @7:30am when she doesn’t even starts until 8am. Like for real.

The new group is no where as good as the old group. They changed software systems and now every single time I need to get a prescription or blood work something goes wrong. It has been this way for over 6 months. I’m sure the new ownership group is just some stupid insurance money grab and has ultimately plummeted the quality of care the patient receives. If you are a new patient keep looking for another doctors office.

Pentahealth Downingtown is an excellent provider - from the ease of scheduling appointments and helpful office staff, to the caring CRNP’s and doctors (Dr. Peri is amazing with our whole family) - we value the high quality care we receive every time we go.
