Absolutely amazing staff! Dropped our three dogs there for a long weekend board and they had the best time. The staff is so active on their instagram story, so we got to check-in whenever we wanted to see how they were doing. They made a ton of new friends and had no issues finishing their meals through the stay. Thank you so much to the workers who sent us the nightly emails with pictures of our pups throughout the day! Facility is super clean and there’s a ton of different spots for naps and playtime.

I can’t recommend Hill Family Pet Care highly enough! From the very first grooming appointment, I felt completely at ease leaving Truffle in their care. Since then, we’ve returned for more grooming, daycare, and slumber parties — and every visit has been wonderful.

Hill Family Pet Care is my go-to for boarding. Truffle absolutely loves their crate-free environment, and the team has even accommodated a few last-minute requests without hesitation. They consistently provide daily updates and photos that show Truffle playing, relaxing, and clearly having a great time. These little moments mean so much and give me complete peace of mind while I’m away.

Every time I pick him up, he’s all smiles — happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a place where Truffle is not only safe, but truly cared for like family. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Hill Family Pet Care, for everything!

we found hill family a few months ago looking for a place for our bassett hound to get out of her shell. she’s pretty timid around new people and things but she warmed up here so quickly! we can really tell she’s excited to go. her grooms are great, and being able to see her playing on the instagram really makes me feel better about being away from her 🙂 the staff is so kind and reassuring for the anxious pet parents. and you cant beat the special events they put on for the pups! :’)

Hill Family Pet Care is the best!!!! We started taking our corgi, Winnie, when she was just a puppy. The staff are truly amazing and so caring. The environment is extremely interactive and has helped Winnie grow into a social butterfly! She loves playing with other dogs and is always shaking her butt when we drop her off. Their social media page is very active and I loved being able to watch Winnie play with her friends. The groomer is also amazing! We are moving out of the city and so sad to be leaving Hill Family Pet. I would highly highly recommend taking your pups here!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Hill Family Pet Care! I recently boarded my senior schnauzer, Sweetie, and was so touched by the love and care she received. It’s not easy leaving an older dog in someone else’s hands, but from the moment we walked in, I could tell Sweetie was in good hands. The staff treated her like one of their own—with kindness, patience, and lots of affection. When I picked her up, she looked so happy and relaxed—it’s like she had a little vacation of her own! It means the world to know there’s a place that truly cares about our furry family members. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!

Hill Family has been such a blessing! Riggins now knows the route to "school" as we call it and he cannot contain his excitement. He comes back exhausted and being just under two years old, Hill Family has been an amazing outlet for his energy and offers great options for proper socialization. So happy I found Hill Family Pet Care (HFPC). I just recently moved to the area and was really struggling to find a daycare for my dog (Lulu). I was referred by a co-worker who also takes her pup here & have no looked back since.

They start your dog off on a trail day (recommend a full day so 8-8/7-8) where both parties decide if it’s the right fit for your pup. They post pictures on their instagram all day & will make a feature post for your dog their trail day and I just loved seeing my Lulu.

All the staff are incredible and have answered any and all questions I have asked them (no matter how dumb😂). Everyone with HFPC really loves dogs and really loves your dog. They knew Lulu’s name after the first trial day & always give me little updates on her when I pick her up.

Unique perks I think are the late hours pick up option (anytime after 8-10:30pm I believe), the free add-ons available for each level of the monthly subscriptions ( treats, walks, etc.), and that the play room has obstacles & toys for dog enrichment.

Truly Hill Family Pet Care is a phenomenal place to take your pup and I’m so happy I found a place for Lulu to have fun in the city!

Hill Family Pet care goes out of their way to make pet owners feel comforted that their fur babies are well taken care of. I receive pictures of my pup almost daily and I know that my baby loves it there because when we get there he runs right in! All the staff I have met so far are friendly and helpful and always available to answer my questions. Definitely recommend.
