We love Carver Lake Vet! We started bringing our cats there last year and they are the kindest and most accommodating group. Dr. Hines always takes the time to talk with us and hear about our concerns and provides us with support and a game plan. We love the staff and have never had a negative experience there. When we suddenly lost our little guy six months after his brother, they all took care of us and made sure we had the time that we needed and made him as comfortable as possible before he crossed the rainbow bridge. I cannot express my gratitude for this clinic enough!

We had the pleasure of visiting Carver Vet this past week. Our dogs had been sick for a week and our regular vet didn’t have the same day testing they needed before the long weekend. Upon us arriving, I was struggling to get my dogs in the door. I all of a sudden heard a sweet voice opening the door for me and helping us in. The entire staff was so sweet and kind the whole time and put us in a comfortable room. The vet tech was incredible- kind, gentle, sat on the floor with my dogs to make them feel better. She listened incredibly well, as I explained how difficult the past week had been with their sickness. She empathized with me and even shared how she had a special spray that would help with the smell in our home from our dogs being sick. It was so nice to have somebody care as much as we do about our dogs and really listen to me. The vet was so smart, explained what the issue was and gave us medicine. At the end, I prepped to bring my dogs outside so I could pay as I’m used to (it’s so hard to keep them relaxed when I’m doing the payment). And to my surprise, the wonderful vet tech shared immediately that we can complete payment in the room. From beginning to end, it was a great experience and I left there knowing that my dogs were taken care of very well and that we had a great back up from our regular vet. Not to mention a sickness that has taken a week of our lives was resolved that night with medication. I highly recommend anybody to go to this location. Thank you, vet team! 🐾

Carver lake vet has been a staple in our family for our two dogs for the past 7 years. They are very friendly and treat and care for your pets like they are their own. Our dogs are always wagging their tails when they walk in! They also were very accommodating and took in our dog the day of each time we had an emergency. They also respond to emails very quickly if you have any follow-up concerns or questions.
