I had a procedure done at this clinic in early May. While the Doctor who performed it was amazing and the procedure went well, getting a post op scheduled has been a nightmare. Trying to get them to communicate with the doctors office to schedule an appointment has been a shocking display of either incompetence or lack of care. They have canceled my appt twice already. Not a huge deal, things happen. I get that. Well, I had an appt scheduled again for a third time. I honestly didnt believe it at this point so when called to confirm this appt, sure enough, it wasnt even scheduled. Now I am scheduled in August. Honestly, I doubt this appt will go through. 4th time is the charm, I suppose.

Update: for this 4th appt, they gave me an appt time. I just got a text for a different appt time. What is going on here? This is honestly concerning.

It has always been a great place for me. I have never had any issues. The staff have always been awesome, DR Saunders has been my doctor for years now and has always been great about listening to me and getting my meds sorted.

This place always gives u the run around. Unprofessional service are slow to get things done. And they made me go in early in the morning for an appointment was seen by some ugly old lady who was assisting the Dr. Genevieve who acted like she didn't wanna be there nothing even got accomplished. Thankfully I talked to a man on the phone at the front desk names was Thomas I think he was very helpful and sent my script to the pharmacy asap. He happened to be the most competent worker out of all the staff. Other than that I'm done with this place don't need the drama every time I need something.

Floors look like they have not been cleaned in months, hair stuck to floors in exam room and lots of stains everywhere. Great staff, but seem a bit lazy when it comes to cleaning to a medical standard!

UPDATE: Went to another appointment today and no change, everything is still dirty!!!

Update 2: now been over a month and appointment #3 with no change! This place is ridiculous with not cleaning!!!!!!!!!

Update 3: very clean and past issues have been corrected. This place is now a 5 star medical facility again!

I'm a former employee of Presbyterian Medical Services where initial hopes were crushed by unprofessionalism and hostility. After facing verbal and physical attacks from a colleague, I reported my concerns only to be dismissed as a miscommunication, prompting my immediate resignation from an unsafe environment. Now this same company is trying to collect funds from a debt colection company for sign on bonus in which the company did not try to resolve the issue but allow that same violence employee to remain working there. This company does not value good employees or patients

They're pleasant and fairly quick in person, but they will find every single reason to bill your insurance. EVERY time I try to get a refill on my monthly prescription, I end up running out and going 2 weeks up to a MONTH without my prescription. They try to get monthly visits over things that absolutely don't require it. Waste of time and they are probably committing insurance fraud.

From the receptionist to the nurse's assistant Miss Spring to the nurse practitioner, Miss Genevieve, everyone here was amazing. We swapped stories, they listened to my problems, they gave me multiple solutions, and they worked with my limitations. I've never had a group of health practitioners who seemed like they genuinely cared about my well being so strongly and sincerely. And their intake forms were pretty inclusive - they even included alternative forms of work (migrant workers) and alternative forms of living (cars, tents, etc), which I've never seen before. They also work with a sliding scale for payment if you don't have insurance. Highly recommend. I'll be going back.

I have never had such a difficult group of staff to deal with. There is no sense of urgency with the front desk staff. They always state that they will notify the provider by sending a message, but that probably does not even get read till the end of the week. Or sent to the wrong provider which prolongs the process.
A prescription I wanted to refill had to be called 3x and took a week and a half to even send over to the pharmacy. When i asked if there is anyway i can get it refilled sooner, they state that i have to make another appointment and medications need to be called a week in advance for it to be refilled. They refuse to have the nurses or doctors give us a call back for any reason - only contact you have available is to make a physical appointment. Very slow service, and requiring multiple “appointments” to have anything done. Sounds to me like a money scheme to me.
