My experience was amazing. The place is very clean. A very minimalistic atmosphere. The music was very soothing. Kekio was great she attended to me with care, especially since I have dreads. You should try them before February 20 to take advantage of 50% off of their services.

Let me start off saying I know new businesses have kinks they need to work out. So with that being said I hope my review is taken into consideration for a change. When I booked online I booked for a person name Miana. When I arrived and checked in for my appointment they gave me Bruce and I explained I booked for someone different I also showed the person my email confirmation showing Miana’s name. The person who checked me in basically said because it was my first time I was getting Bruce. I’m glad I was willing to enjoy the experience because what if I didn’t want Bruce. Secondly the process started off feeling rushed after I met with Bruce he didn’t ask the common questions that are asked before you’re given a massage. Any focus areas any problem areas any areas to avoid etc. There was no intake form to notify of any problem areas or health - allergy concerns. The proper cover up sheets were not on the massage table it was more like a medium size throw cover. Bruce asked at some point how was the pressure during the massage. For the hair spa, I was a little hesitant at first considering I have locs. After the massage Bruce handed me a wrap to put around myself so I could get off the table so he could set it up for the hair spa. Bruce analyzed my Hair before doing the hair spa and said I had a little build up and offered a peppermint treatment. The hair spa experience was ok considering this was my first time, and I wasn’t to sure what to expect. Bruce asked was I ok during the hair spa session. Massage was a 6/10 and hair spa 6/10 My hair was still a little wet after he dried it. The cleanliness inside 10/10. Please experience it for yourself. Everyone will have a different experience. My experience was just not up to my expectation.
