“I’ve visited this hospital a few times, and with each visit, I’m increasingly impressed. The service is exceptionally quick, and the entire team—from the staff to the nurses and doctors—are incredibly attentive and caring. They go above and beyond to make every patient feel comfortable.

When my 5-year-old has been the patient, their kindness truly shines. They always make an effort to cheer him up with little treats or presents, which makes a world of difference during what could be a stressful experience.

This level of compassion and professionalism is rare, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care we’ve received here. Highly recommended!”

The worst service that I have ever seen. Brought my grandma in for fluid around her elbow and an obvious infection with a fever. Took 3 hours just to see the provider. The doctor ordered wrong tests!!! Then said that the radiologist can’t read AN ULTRASOUND. Then they told me that they can’t even do an ultrasound. A HOSPITAL CAN’T DO A SOFT TISSUE ULTRASOUND!!!! CAN’T TAKE A SAMPLE TO SEND TO THE LAB. After spending more than 5 hours waiting we got 0 results. Absolutely ridiculous! They don’t know what they are talking about. Just go to any other place, even if you think you have a minor issue that can be handled anywhere.

Horrible hospital. Emergency room should be ashamed of themselves. Was judged from my past and profiled to not have insurance when I have some of the best insurance around. Made me have an anxiety attack by their treatment. Asked for water, never got it. Ask for a blanket because it was freezing, never got it. I sat in a chair, in front of every one to see while other patients received better treatment. One of the nurses I had was so super friendly but the rest of the staff, awful. You are there to help people, not attack and judge people.

Horrible hospital.
I checked my self in at 3 pm with a suspected fractured tailbone. I told the triage I cannot sit down, I’m in a lot of pain when I sit. What did they do? They placed me in a room with CHAIRS, (not the waiting room) where I sat with other patients who were seen. We were taking turns being seen, we were sent for x-ray or for blood being drawn then sent back down to sit in the chairs! I sat there from 3 pm to almost 10pm!
They charge your insurance THOUSANDS of dollars for the hospital stay just for a day!. Don’t be mistaken, this is not an urgent care clinic!
And if you are thinking the hospital was busy, it was not. Very quiet, empty beds everywhere as I walked around. They placed me in a room with a bed just to talk to me in order to follow HIPPA laws and then they put you back out on these chairs.
Also, I got the results, a displaced fracture of my sacrum, (worse than tailbone) I did not see a doctor the whole time, just nurses and my x-ray was not discussed with me, or shown to me. I was told everything will be in my chart when I log in!!!
I had to leave the hospital having to google things.
Wow wow wow! Are you serious!
I cannot blame the staff, it is how it’s structured to run by the money hungry.
I will reporting this hospital.
Reminds me of the Idiocracy movie, where you come to the hospital and treat yourself using computers.

My wife and I have been coming here for more than 8 years. Particularly since they finished the renovations, HMH Old Bridge Medical Center is our top choice for medical care. The staff, facilities and care are top notch! Thank you to all the hard working staff there!

My dad was discharged a week ago, and I went today to pick a letter. Levon, Aisha, and Christina from the 3rd floor have spent a good 20 minutes trying to help locate that letter. They went over and beyond what any employee would do to help someone they had never met before, and they did with a smile. I am grateful to them and to the great culture of this hospital.

Update: My dad was hospitalized again a couple of weeks ago. He was in ER for about 11 hours. I understand that they may have been busy, but I think there is room for improvement. He was placed on the 3rd floor as well. There were many good staff members; however, some needed to work on their bedside manner. Shout out to Sherly Thomas. She is a great and a compationate nurse.
