Staff is very friendly and personable. Dr. Owunna is the best!! She has a very caring and supportive demeanor. She always takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, explaining everything in a way I could easily understand. I felt completely at ease during examinations. Would highly recommend.

My first time at this facility and my appt was with Dr. Gross. I felt seen, heard and taken care of during my exam! She was gentle, kind and thorough! I usually get anxious seeing a gynecologist but Dr. Gross made me feel relaxed. Thank you staff and especially the amazing MA who helped Dr. Gross she was wonderful as well! Found my new GYNO ❤️ Highly recommend this practice!

I've been going to this office since my teens and have always had positive experiences. Many of the providers I saw in the past are no longer with the practice, but all of them were great! Unfortunately my most recent experiences have been disappointing. After changing insurance plans my birth control pills (i.e. Lo LoEstrin Fe) went from $5 to over $200 per month - not something I was willing to pay for. I contacted the office to ask for assistance with a discount program I read about online but they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I switch pills. It was then I decided to go off of the birth control pills, something I was thinking about for a while since I am approaching my 30's and plan on having a baby within the next 3 years. Today, after 6 months of being off birth control pills, I attended my annual appointment with Dr. Jennifer Brown. She immediately commented on my birth control method in a way that was cold and judgmental. She proceeded to inform me that the other medications I am taking would negatively impact a baby during pregnancy, even though I already expressed awareness of this and told her that I plan on tapering off of the prescriptions I am taking prior to getting pregnant; if I were to get pregnant unexpectedly before planning, I would see a doctor and follow medical advice, discontinuing my prescriptions if recommended. I understand she is probably trained to encourage certain methods of birth control, but her delivery was unprofessional and not compassionate. If you use natural methods such as the body temperature method or simply tracking your cycles, I DO NOT recommend seeing her. I do not plan on returning to this practice, but want to acknowledge that the other providers may be more supportive and comforting than Dr. Jennifer Brown. Going to the gynecologist can be intimidating for a lot of people, and she is definitely not someone you want to work with if you are looking for patient-centered care and a non-judgmental approach.

I’ve been going to this practice for probably 25 years, and I have always been extremely pleased all around. The office staff is always nice, it’s always clean and welcoming in the office and the dr’s are the best. Dr Gupta is such a gem of a Dr. her bedside manner is just the best. She is warm, so incredibly smart and never makes you feel rushed. Could not say enough nice things.

The practice is excellent. I have known Dr.Gross over 24 yrs. She delivered both of my children and she is very professional, knowledgeable and personable, she cares about her patients. She is topnotch, one of the best in the field. By the grace of God she has always taken very good care of me to make sure that I have had the very best medical care and I appreciate and adore her for what she does.

I love Dr. Brown, but I am having a terrible experience with the staff. I received results from my mammogram, which were not completely normal. However, the initial follow-up call provided me with minimal information, leaving me unsatisfied. When I called back for clarification, I was told I needed an MRI, but again, no details or a clear plan were shared with me, infact I need a ultrasound but was never told me and my 2 months got wasted like this.

After repeatedly reaching out, I finally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Brown. During the visit, she explained a completely different situation than what the staff had previously communicated. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite my multiple attempts to get accurate information, the staff failed to provide clarity, causing unnecessary stress and confusion.

Dr Gleason was very attentive to my questions and issues. She took her time with explanations that I would understand. I have been seen by Dr Gleason for a few years and will remain her patient in years to come.

Absolutely love Dr. Owunna as well as the other staff at OB/GYN of EB. I see Dr. Owunna for my annual exams and she is always willing to listen and really takes the time to know her patients. The office staff is friendly and when having my daughter I had a great experience seeing the other doctors as well. Love this office!
