The only urgent care I trust! Recently, I saw Dr. Sheridan and Dr. Hackbart. Both were so professional and compassionate. From the front desk to the medical assistants, I was treated with such care! I had a very personal experience at URGENT CARE. They seem to really care for people. Unlike a doctor that I just had who should be shot. Erin was my nurse practitioner pointed my rash and said it was not shingles and she gave me the proper antibiotics. Why she said everything went away with the matter of days. My daughter doesn’t even know how to give a physical just like she should be part of the medical profession, but enough of that Brunswick Urgent Care is better than in doctors office and should be praised

Working in the medical field myself, the staff is wonderful here! The doctors are so knowledgeable and really take the time to listen to your concerns and choose the appropriate treatment plans! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I won’t go to any other urgent care.

I waited an hour to be seen even tho I reserved a spot online. Disappointed that even though I have been waiting and am sick they keep saying the same thing “15 minutes”

Edit- the team was very apologetic. Even though I reserved a spot in the line it was not registered this way and they apologized for the delay. They did not know why their system was not registering me as someone who reserved a spot. In the future, I think they should make sure patients are registered correctly in their system when they check in as I am not sure what the issue was since I made a reservation in the morning for later in the afternoon. However, they were very understanding and Peggy addressed concerns right away that I had about my illness and wait time.

Cynthia Hackbart is one of the best at Brunswick Urgent Care. Every time I go, I ask to be seen by her. I have been seeing her for over a year now and I am so thankful for her and her expertise. She has really taken the time to understand me and my ailments and devise appropriate treatment plans. She has always been there and gotten me healthy in my time of need. The whole staff are so kind, understanding, patient, and professional. Offices like this are an example in medicine for what Doctors, PA's, and Nurses should aspire to be. They sincerely helped me, and explained what they think the best course of action for me is. They were very efficient and kind.
