After dealing with Customer-NO- Service at ATT, TDS & Spectrum (although latter is better than previous two), I appreciate the diligence and efforts of Silver IP in promptly keeping people happy with high-speed internet. Jorge, Salvador & Jay (+ others there) were fantastic and really had to work hard to find the source of a wiring problem we had recently. Been with them since we moved into our condo five weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with the blazing- fast, reliable service And very competitive pricing!

Steve was so great when he came to set up my wifi in my new apartment! I called on a Friday afternoon to get new wifi set up and they were able to send Steve out the next morning at 9 am. He was super friendly, respectful of our space (took off his shoes), explained everything to me very thoroughly and helped me with a super simple set up process. I'm switching from AT&T Internet and I've been very satisfied so far, I definitely recommend this company & ask for Steve, he's awesome!

I was unbelievably impressed with the service I received from both the SilverIP staff and Jorge Juarez, my tech specialist. I had dealt with Spectrum (which I have had in all of my other apartments) being a mess for WEEKS, which is unacceptable as a person who needs internet for their job. As soon as my building recommended this company, I contacted them and they responded within the day. The next day, Jorge came in and installed my internet. He made sure I got the internet working and working very well before he left, which I appreciated greatly. He was very respectful of my apartment and myself, as well, which is very important for a company who needs to enter your home. I was also asking questions that he was able to answer helpfully and professionally. The pricing is amazing, but I am overly impressed with the service they provided. I highly recommend this company. My internet is working great!

I cannot recommend SilerIP enough. Their service has been awesome in our downtown condo building. Super fast speeds(800Mbps plus) up and down! Only a couple outages over the last couple of years and they were quick to resolve. I am super impressed.
