VERY RUDE customer service. I’ve been here a few time in the last 3 years when my other mail place wasn’t open and every time I was met with rude customer service like I was bothering them. Well last week I was informed my mail place is closing and I need to find another place. So it being that goin postal was the next closest spot I chose to go hear them out and the pricing for business boxes. I went this morning to drop of my packages and inquire about prices for a business box and was welcomed with “they are all regular boxes, same price no business” in an annoyed tone. I asked again if it was just regular boxes or business boxes too because usually there’s a price deduction for a business box. He said “no” turned around and went to the back.

That was enough for me to never go back & drive further down the way to the mail place by foodmaxx and was completely welcomed, no mean or annoyed demeaner.

I am a regular customer here. The staff is great; very helpful, always friendly, are open everyday except Sunday. They have a wide range shipping services. They are well priced. I highly recommend this small business.

I purchased a small envelope from this place prior, bought a shipping label today and went in to drop off, asked if i could use s piece of tape and he refused. Said go buy some or ill charge you 1.25 for a piece.
Strongly suggest using some other place thats friendly.

The owner is a total jerk. I went in to let him know the package I dropped off never made it to the post office and he cut me off before I even finished my sentence and said "it didn't get taken from here" and refused to look at video tape. Extremely rude. This is the 2nd time this has happened so will not trust them again. They must be leaving packages on the front desk where people can steal them. I guarantee if I was a man he would not have talked to me that way. Go elsewhere!

This place is awesome! As an attorney I use them all the time for sensitive packages and letters to the courts nationwide, along with all federal agencies. Never had a problem with them. They are quick, nimble and fast! You are in and out. Much better than the long lines at the post office. The owners and the staff are always welcoming and friendly!
