Jennica does a very thorough exam. Then she makes recommendations and changes to my hearing aids to improve my hearing. Very pleased with her work and she is a very friendly and personable person. Blessed that I have her helping me out with my hearing.

I have very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Butler and Dr. Grimes. I had to have surgery and they took the time to show me on my MRI as to what was going to be done.

Before the surgery, the office staff went through all of the insurance and they were available any time I had a question.

After the surgery, I had a couple of questions, the doctor's assistant responded to my questions in a very timely manner.

I would definitely recommend Austin Ear, Nose and Throat if you are having an issue in their specialty.

Highly recommend. I've been a patient of Dr. Butler for many years and I totally trust him. I didn't really know what it was like to really breathe through my nose until Dr. Butler helped me. I can also confidently say that his PA, Michelle Grimes has also earned my trust and respect.This team will get to your root cause issues and they are both super nice.

My wife and I live in Luling and had an appointment with ENT in Kyle, we thought. When it was discovered our appointment was for the previous day. The next available appointment at that location would have been in a month. We were able to get an appointment that same day but in Austin and in 3 hours. My wife definitely needed the appointment so we accepted. When we arrived we were treated as if we had been going to the location for years and were good friends. Each employee that dealt with us was fantastic. Dr Tomkies was so professional but also warm and caring. This was truly a blessing and would make the hundred mile round trip again.

Our 14 yr old son needed his tonsils removed and we found this office through researching and good reviews. We found the reviews to be accurate. Top notch office and staff. He had Dr Micheal Yium as his doctor/surgeon and we were very pleased. Dr. Yium has a nonchalant, relaxed, but very confident demeanor about him. 100% recommend! The surgery center they used for the surgery was excellent as well!!
