This is not the place to take small jobs that may be a little out of the ordinary - they have no interest in helping with that type of project.

I needed an outline that was on cardboard enlarged a couple of times. When I came in, they said because it was pencil on cardboard, it wouldn’t show up. I asked if it would show up if I outlined it in a sharpy. Then I was told the turnaround time would be several days. The man behind the counter had no interest in helping me. The woman did run it once - it was still a little too small. When I returned to ask them to enlarge it again, they sent me to Healdsburg Blue, saying they could go bigger and making a huge gesture as if I needed a 2-foot x 2-foot enlargement. They never asked what I needed - I needed the verticle line to be 2”, which by my estimate, would have taken one more run. They just assumed and were rushed. Healdsburg Blue was at lunch for 30 min, so here I am using the 30 min I’m waiting to write a review so others in my position can go somewhere else.
