All you could want for an amazing day!! Randy was our guide/owner/party-maker, the bikes were impeccably maintained, Holly, his asst, was super hospitable… and we were in wine country, with amazing views, perfect weather and great wineries. But why a bike vs a van or a chauffeur? Well - because you are “fully immersed in the experience”. Feel the micro-climates as you pedal, smell the changes in the soil and flora, and then have the freedom to just stop and appreciate the moment - we are in wine country and it’s beautiful …whooooot!!!
To top it all off, my wife was celebrating her 50th. Lunch was extra special with a cake, wines (of course) and laughter. Thank you Randy. Appreciate you and the team. A very memorable and a exceptional experience.

We rented road bikes and did one of the intermediate routes - Lake Sonoma Overlook. Once there I got a flat at the top so we stopped at the Ranch at Lake Sonoma for beers. I called the store and they were there immediately with a completely new bike (instead of changing the tire) so we didn’t lose time on the road! We had a great lunch at Dry Creek General Store and then went to a winery close to town to wrap up. It was a great way to see the vineyards and wineries up close and personal. And you couldn't beat the weather and scenery. I highly recommend it!

We had a beautiful afternoon on the Russian River. What a fun way to see the nature that Healdsburg has to offer. Jared was knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel safe and catered to. Would definitely recommend and book with you guys again!

We took the "Sip N' Cycle" ride through wine country in Calistoga, CA. Our guide, Alex was excellent. He provided interesting backgrounds and history of many of the wineries in the region. We visited two vineyards with tasting flights. Both were very good. I definitely recommend this adventure.

Rented e-bikes for a day of riding through wine country on the route they recommended (West Dry Creek Road). It was awesome! The bikes were very nice (Specialized). These were the nicest e-bikes I've ever rented. The ride was beautiful! That staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.

Very happy with our rental experience at Getaway. After a small misunderstanding regarding rental start time, Randy kindly upgraded us to Velotric E-bikes, which made our 38 mile ride through West Dry Creek and Alexander Valley very comfortable. Liam was pleasant, professional and helpful getting us set up on the bikes. We’d love to return to do a multi-day bike tour! Thank you!

We rented e-bikes and rode the 30mi loop that the shop recommended and gave us a map for. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the bikes were great. One detail that could use improvement: please offer female bicyclists soft(er) saddles; our butts were very sore!
