PBR, an excellent place to bring your dogs. I have booked my dogs there for many years. Linda the owner, very caring. Kennels are roomy and clean. Great outdoors exercise area. At times when dogs need medicated, the kennel will care according to Vet instructions. A stress free feeling while you are away.

Left my English bulldog here for 5 days while we hiked & did backcountry in glacier National park. Temps were well into the 90s and I was a very nervous dog mama. Kat was excellent on the phone any time I called. When we picked up wilson, the place was CHILLY from the ac (great for dog) and he was so worn out! Would highly recommend!

The owner and staff really are amazing. My dog has issues with other animals. The lady's were so good to my dog, she did not want to leave. Thank God, I have found a beautiful staff and clean facility for my princess. Please note they also groom your animal per your request for an additional charge.

I was leaving for vacation and had already made plans to have a friend dogsit for me, but then he came down with COVID the day we were leaving and could not. I called them the day I was going and was able to get my dog scheduled for drop off quickly. I was so relieved that PBR was here to watch my dog while I was gone, they took great care of her, and I picked her up, and she was safe and happy as could be. Great Pet Boarding place and all for a low price of $25 a day! I will be using them again if needed.

I had trouble finding a kennel in this area who would take my 18 year old bichon Snoopy without requiring extra vaccinations he no longer needed and happened upon the PBR kennel. I'm so glad I did! Snoopy is rather prone to separation anxiety but, like another reviewer said, Snoopy likes it at PBR so much he doesn't want to leave! I'm very impressed with this, as well as the flexibility, friendliness, gentle care and great service. It's Snoopy's home away from home and now my go to kennel. I love the late drop off hour too! Highly recommended!

Very clean, very affordable, and very welcoming! With it being our pups first time at a kennel, they took the extra time to let our pup feel comfortable before we left and they have alot of room for the dogs to run around! Highly recommended!

I would like to voice my appreciation for the best service, facility, staff and care for our dog we have EVER experienced! Linda, you are a credit to your profession! We travel all the way from Billings to keep our dog with PBR kennels for their excellent care, large roomy pens with runs and knowelegable, trustworthy staff. Thank you for always taking such good care of our Rottweiler!

Called to make an appointment for my pup and got the rudest lady by the name of Linda. Yelled at me over the phone when I asked about the pick up and drop off policy. It upset me so much I decided not to take my dog in. She called me the next day angry that I didn't show up and when she asked why, I had told her it was because she was rude to me on the phone so I didn't feel comfortable bringing my pup in. She then continued to tell me in the most passive aggressive way that I was rude for not coming in. I had to just hang up before I let my temper get the best of me. I don't know how this business is still running if before you even bring your dog in, the customer service is this awful.
