I've been a patient with this practice since 2019 and it has always been great up until recently. Sleep study was comfortable, and doctors and PAs are great. Unsure what is going on the last couple months but it seems the front desk isn't forwarding medication refill messages to the doctors. I don't know if they have a new system that is glitching or what but it has been taking about 2 weeks and 6+ phone calls to just have them send my follow up prescription to the pharmacy and it's incredibly frustrating.

Editing for now, unsure if this issue will be resolved in the coming months but for now my prescription was finally sent over to my pharmacy. Hopefully whatever is causing the lack of communication on their end is resolved.

Dr Kobernick has helped tremendously with my allergies. He is thoughtful, thorough & even made time to help me find a lower price for my medication. He and his staff are great. They are friendly, knowledgeable & reply quickly to phone calls & refill requests. I would love to see some changes to the office decor to better reflect the warmth and compassion of the caring staff.

Highly recommend the Troy sleep center! Jasmine was so gentle and communicative with my 7 year old daughter during her sleep study. We were immediately comfortable and felt very informed during the process.

Just left the office, had a terrific experience! Entire staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Carly and Desaundra we're absolutely amazing by helping schedule an appointment that I missed the first time around.

Super frustrated after my appointment was cancelled the day of. Struggled to get a global referral from my PCP just days before, and I was set to go. Received confirmation text today saying I would see Valerie at 6pm.
Finally got paperwork link sent once I called office, but my appointment had been cancelled already, and my spot was given away. I was told they called twice today, but since I teach, I cannot answer until lunch.
You need to do better. There is NO reason you should have cancelled my appointment when I have been in constant contact with your office.
Courtney was very helpful, I must add, as I have spoken with her 5 times between last Friday and today.
One star is for Courtney's help with the dreaded global referral. Thank you, Courtney.⭐

I've been a patient at Troy Sleep Center since 2021, and while the office has had some issues with staffing (which is an issue everywhere!) and consequently communication over the years, they continue to do their best to ensure their patients are getting the care they need. I appreciate the transparency from office staff, and that even the busy overbooked providers will take time out of their day to give me a call with updates or to check in to ensure everything is going well. When I had a concern with getting my refills timely and some inconsistent communication with front office staff, Dr. Alkhalil took it upon himself to address the issue and everything was resolved very quickly and I was able to get my medication the same day. The other staff at this office, notably the office manager Rosette and PA Bryce Anderson, have also been incredibly patient and understanding throughout the years and go out of their way to work with me to coordinating my care. Apart from typical things like managing follow-up appointments and medication refills, the office has also assisted me with getting access to specific necessary medication (they are REMS certified!), communicating back and forth with my insurance and submitting appeals on my behalf, and also aiding with FMLA paperwork, just to name a few!

I am really grateful to have found Troy Sleep Center after YEARS of seeking an answer to my sleep issues and many misdiagnoses from various providers. The process of being seen as a new patient at Troy Sleep Center was easy, and after the initial appointment they quickly got me scheduled for an overnight followed by a daytime sleep study. The sleep studies themselves went smoother than I expected, and the techs were great and explained everything they were doing. The sleep study rooms were clean and felt like hotel rooms, which definitely helped me feel comfortable during the sleep studies. I never expected or knew much originally about the diagnosis I received, but it 1000% fit and validated everything I've experienced, which was a relief after almost giving up on finding an answer. With the help of Troy Sleep Center I was able to get the education and treatment I needed, and I am thankful to finally have a provider who actually listens, understands, and supports me as I adjust to life with a chronic incurable disorder.
