Do not go here. Can't say you weren't warned!!!First impression they like money more than care. They lie to you and tell you that you need to get something done or else your insurance won't cover next step. CALL your insurance to verify this BEFORE you believe the lies!!!! They want you to have everything done there w them. Never even signed the you can bill my insurance because the screen wouldn't pop up but they did anyways. Called and spoke to administration because office manager wasn't in....so spoke to Maribel told her I told them X-rays wouldn't show anything that I was okay having MRI cause new one would be needed I'm sure but they kept telling me this has to be done this way of insurance won't cover. Told her they never sent me my physical therapy to email instead they sent it to your own therapist on site she called to make me an appointment. It's nice you offer these things but should not be forced. Tell you ,have to make three separate appointments to have MRI done w them. I'm an hour away none of that happening there. I called my own insurance and asked them about the xrays confirmed no I didn't need to have those xrays done for approval. Told her I said I shouldn't have to pay for those xrays. You are misinforming people. She says okay I'm sorry about that I'll call you back. Never called back.....billed insurance......scammers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also they talk into this recorder and distract you. There was things I wanted to say about my visit that didn't come out but distracted....also was here to see if I could even do physical therapy because of new nerve pain symptoms . Dr says sure you can....I said but shouldn't we be looking at new MRI and emg results first I can hurt myself. Oh well you think that makes sense right...............but the insurance will want you to do therapy first before they'll approve other stuff. LIES. I called insurance everything is approved..

Dr Paul Danielsky is very dismissive, insincere, and acts like he’s too busy and has more important things to do than have a full conversation with you because you don’t know as much as him. I spent an hour at the tinley office and only got an X-ray, then Dr Danielsky spends no more than 5 minutes (not exaggerating) with me while saying I need an MRI done. I voice my frustration at his lack of communication skills and my thoughts on the diagnosis process. All he says is “Have any more questions for me? No? Ok bye. ” Then quickly leaves the room. Front desk tells me MRI can be scheduled in 2 days, however since I requested to no longer work with Danielsky the follow up appt for MRI results with DR Troy won’t happen for another 23 days. MRI Jan 8th and follow up Jan 29th. WOW. Also get told the results must be reviewed with me in person and not able to discuss over the phone or Zoom meeting for follow up. Probably so they can charge me a copay and whatever else to my insurance for coming back in again. Also, how convenient that I voice my frustration to Danielsky (and about him to the fromt desk) and now the follow up appt can’t be done for another 23 days. Front desk staff also could NOT provide me with any information on what would be billed to my insurance if I were to have the MRI done at their facility. My recommendation…Find another place.

Danielsky treated me like trash. Waited forty minutes to spend three minutes with a doctor who couldn’t even be bothered to download my MRI images, based entire course of purely palliative treatment on glancing at the text summary.

Oh, he pretended to care about my loss of function at my first appointment before the MRI was ordered, when I came in complaining that my knee problems had reduced me from dancing 100 days a year to being unable to dance.

But once the post-imagery treatment referrals were locked in, all hope or kindness went out the window and I was just another sucker to sell some gel shots to.

While prescribing treatment, he responded to my question about whether I’d ever dance again with a laugh and a snarky “maybe slow dance.”

Pointlessly cruel.

I am really happy with Dr. Troy. He is straight and to the point about your condition. His staff is all very caring.

The Physical Therapy center staff is also very caring. They are there for you and only you.
Most other centers you feel like you are in an assembly line waiting for them to come check on you. Most times I would feel frustrated and felt I could just do the exercises at home but certainly not here. Whatever time you have set the PT is there with you to guide and instruct you and doesn’t move to another patient till your time is up. Also, the receptionist is very friendly and tries to work your appointments with your schedule. I would definitely recommend this place! It’s really good that they work along with Dr Troy.

I first want to say thank you to all at the front desk for getting me in. Jessica thank you for making everything happen so fast to get me in and not have to wait with the pain I have been in. Jamie thank you for doing my MRI stat and getting the readings. Dr Tory thank you for what yo I would recommend always.

I see Doctor Troy twice I was there they were supposed to send prescriptions to Walgreens never got them was supposed to call me back with a reschedule for shots in my back never called me try to make an appointment with them it's 2 months away it's pretty terrible customer service staff must not care about patients or the doctor for that matter I know he's one of the better ones that's why I want to see him but how do you wait two months when you can't barely move and you need pain management. Probably won't go back to see him again what's the point very disappointed.
