It’s been two weeks since my procedure. Before I would have to take antihistamines just to get some sleep. Although I’m nearing the end of recovery I feel better than ever. So far no headaches, no stuffy nose, no mouth breathing, no ringing ears. I can really breathe through my nose immaculately for what feels like the the first time ever

This has no affiliation with the prestigious Advent Health System and operates as a FOR PROFIT healthcare provider. The initial consult was informative but I feel like they got very pushy to do more testing and even a CT scan as follow ups. As their primary goal is to make money I suppose this is understandable but just a very different experience than dealing with a traditional hospital or physician practice.

Seems like a bait and switch money game here. Was told everything is covered by insurance. Asked multiple times before I even filled out their paper work. Then after you get an exam, bam here come the bills. Save the aggravation, go to a real ENT. Not going back.

This was my first visit and everything was excellent. From Waverly to the office staff. Waverly did a thorough exam and explained everything to me very carefully. The front desk employee made the “new patient “ paperwork very easy. I was prescribed new medications and Waverly called me the next day to explain the prescriptions! This visit was exactly as you would expect a top notch medical facility to operate. Can’t thank them enough. Excellent all the way!!
