I am an owner of a 6 months old kitten. First time we have come to this office. Since we are closer, we used to go to Warren. I received an email that is time for my baby for fleas and heartworm preventive. So come in this office with my daughter. I let my daughter go in first while I'm parking my car. When I get in, here is an old lady holler to my daughter saying my cat is sick. My daughter accidentally says our cat is sick because she throws up in the morning. And this old lady keeps saying she can't see my baby because she's sick. I have no clue who she is in there if she's the doctor ( I'm sure shes not the veterinarian ) what the Heck! But please don't say anything that you don't know what, was going on first to the point you never even see my cat inside the carrier bag or atleast ask why we are there. But instead, she keeps hollering she can't see the cat because my baby is sick. Gosh! I lost my temper.( to the point I want to raise my voice too ) I told her she is not sick she just threw up recently. You can't say the cat is sick if it just happened a few minutes ago. Gosh! That old lady she should not be there she is to much I think she thought she knows everything. But lady please just stay home and let those young peoples work there. They are more approachable. They don't need you. Anyways, gosh! If that lady stay there dang! Good luck to all the owners and your furry friends. I will avoid this office better to drive more minutes which is in Warren or in Flint they are very good people's very friendly, than to deal to that lady again.
