I was told that getting my bunny's tooth cut would cost $70. I called and waited in a spot in the parking lot for a half hour for them to come out. I ended up going in, which was the same time the employee came out. Austin was on the phone and 2 women employees were doing paperwork. Then my daughter in law came in with my bunny with the employee that had gone outside. They weighed my bunny. I let them know I had another appt somewhere else in a half hour. So they said to leave my bunny and come get him afterwards. So I did. When I came to pay my $70 bill, he told me it was $171.85! I about had a heart attack. The woman employee behind him said "the office visit is $45". I told them I had been in an accident and been dealing with a concussion and this sure didn't help with my migraines. When you're told a price they should stick to it, and let you know if there are other charges that might arise. Austin was the one who told me it would be $70 and knew we were debating bringing him in when it cost that much. He gave no heads up that it would be more for office visit and medication. As I got in the car I looked at the receipt. I was not charged $45 for office visit but $58. So I called Austin and asked why it was more. He said it's never been $45 and not sure why she said that. I also told him I used to bring my animals to this vet a long time ago but quit cuz the greedy receptionist seemed to only care about you paying than the care of the animal. I told Austin there should have been a heads up. He said next time he would try to be more informative. There will not be a next time.

I love this vet office. All the staff are so kind and caring. 2 of my dogs are fear aggressive and everyone from the front office, to the techs, to the vets do ask they can to help my dogs feel safe. Visits are the least stress I've ever had in a vet office. Y'all are the best. 💕

These guys came HIGHLY recommended by everyone I asked. My pet (a bunny) was sick and they got her in right away. I was so happy and impressed with how friendly the whole staff was, very knowledgeable about her needs, did a full exam, gave me great tips, and very reasonably priced. All Creatures is a really great place and I will recommend them to anyone!

My usual vet is out of town where I spend too much time due to work. He gave a terminal diagnosis as multiple tumors were closing off my elderly dog's colon and urethra. I decided to bring him for his final days to his home in Montana. I went looking for a local small vet clinic that would have a caring and compassionate vet for the euthanasia procedure. I noted the five stars reviews for All Creatures and thought I found the right place. The procedure went horribly wrong. I was extremely emotional at the time due to my recent cancer battle where my dog had been at my side throughout and helped me through it. My judgement might have been clouded by this? I asked my regular vet for an expert analysis.
1. An initial sedative shot is a part of any caring vet's procedure. I had to ask for that shot to be given. As it turned out if that shot had not been given he would have suffered much much more.
2. Misjudging the amount of heart stopping drug that had to be administered is inexcusable. A second shot needed to be given.
His judgement is that the Vet at All Creatures was "incompetent" and should not be practicing. The proper handling of this type of procedure is one of the most important of any vet's practice.
The very least I owed my dog for 15 years of unconditional love and companionship was a dignified death as pain free as possible. I failed.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Go somewhere else. It takes an extremely sick individual to cut corners with a euthanasia procedure.
