I am absolutely happy with the level of attention, detail, and kindness they showed through my process. I brought in my little cat, Jupiter, for his first round of.... everything lol. Kelsey called me and made sure I knew exactly what was going to be done and also informed me of all the attention items I needed to attend to with my cat. Dr. Jason called and let me know everything went perfectly and that my little guy would be ready for pickup this afternoon. This establishment is such a gem - again, the level of attention, care, communication, and kindness is excellent and extends to every level of interaction or service.

We've been taking our 14 year old doggo here since ~Aug'23. He's needed monthly visits for his Addison's Disease for the last 10 years or so, which means we likely get to know our clinics' better than most. The vets seem knowledgeable & compassionate, and everyone there has been kind and as helpful as possible. I've also never felt cramped in their waiting room, nor had to wait very long to be seen--as long as staffing isn't an issue at the time.

I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for just how extraordinarily stellar our last vet clinic was in East Lansing, MI, with its close relationship to the well respected MSU veterinary school & hospital.

Called to try and schedule an apt, fully expected to leave a voicemail bc it was just after 6… but someone answered. But as soon as I started talking, she hung up on me. Tried calling back- went to voicemail. Sorry but that was pretty freaking rude- either don’t pick up the phone or say, sorry we’re about to close can we call you back? Poor phone etiquette, lady.

I won’t go anywhere else. I was referred by a friend and I can’t believe how nice the staff is and the doctors are excellent! I have moved away and will still drive the additional miles. Check-up or urgent care, they are always available providing the best care for my dogs at an unbelievable reasonable price.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appt for my pet for surgery a month ago. My appt was on Monday, so I called Friday to confirm everything was good and the appt was set. The person who answered the phone confirmed, gave me the time to arrive and instructions on what time Roxy (my dog) should stop eating and drinking. Once I arrived with Roxy, they tell me there is no appt and they can’t preform the surgery. I was so mad because it was scheduled a month before, it was confirmed by someone in there office, and I took the day off of work for this. I will never ever again step foot there again. I will also warn everyone I know about this place and how unprofessional they are. They wanted to schedule another appt for me… for what? So they can cancel again once we arrive? No thank you!

So incredibly appreciate of the team here!! My dog got stung by a bee around 8am in his mouth and I had no idea where to go. I’m from out of town. I called the nearest clinic which happened to be Amber Leaf, explained how my dog isn’t an established patient but if they could still see him and the staff told me it’s no problem and to bring him in right away. Talk about kindness!!! The front office staff, techs, and Dr. Rudigier were absolutely incredible with my anxious doggo. Appreciate you all so much - thank you for taking such great care of him during an emergency. Thank you 😊
