I have 2 dogs that I bring in .Her name is Allie she is seven they did amazing job on her for me with her ears then I brought in Elsa which needed some teeth pulled they are very caring they are kind they treated my dogs very well the employees there were very compassionate they gave me the information that I needed they were up front and they worked with me in every area of my concern concerning my two dogs I would recommend these people here at Animal Clinic of the four states in Joplin Missouri you should bring your dogs there they are compassionate employees who care about your situation they are up front and if you have any questions you can call them and they will explain it to you. I would not take my dogs anywhere except for these people right here they do the job right and my dogs are in the best care and these dogs cats that you bring in and other animals that you bring into this place their first concern is to make sure they are taken care of where they can come home so if you're looking for a place to take your dogs and your cats and other animals bring them to this Clinic. I give them a five star they have not disappointed me with my dogs that they have taken care of and I am so thankful for them. I give them a 100% and everything that they've done for my dogs thank you so much Animal Clinic of the four states you are the best

Not only did they give us a last minute appointment for our cat's emergency situation, they had no problems making sure we had everything we needed to bring him home. Four different medications, several cans of food, and instructions. They left no questions unanswered and were so nice the entire time. Everyone here is amazing. I will be forever thankful to this clinic. We will be recommending them to everyone. ❤️

Vet and staff are careful and very through. Other Vets would only give my dog antibiotics for gi issues, but Dr Steinbach can tell if my dog needs something different to coat stomach or deal with multiple issues. She has been the most through and honest and treats the body of animal as a whole and realizes many different things can trigger different issues. If she believes they need to see a specialist too, she will be honest and tell you. She doesn't play around and always tries to get to the heart of the issue(s) quickly. Her staff is also very professional and knowledgeable too. They are the best of the best.

I recently took my dog Bella as a drop off and due to some miscommunication, I left upset and wrote a review that did not reflect the correct situation! The vet did see her several times that day and even helped me out with the cost due to my tight budget, so that Bella could get the medications she needed to feel better! I truly appreciate that I was contacted and was given the correct information about her visit and greatly appreciate the care Bella received and the help that the vet gave me!! Thank You Very Much !

This was AnnaLisa’s first full round of shots plus they addressed her other medical issues. She had recently developed a wound on her face that appeared bloodied. They shaved that area so that it could heal up naturally. They expressed her anal glands. We discussed gut and diet along with oral rinse for her dental maintenance. The team provided literature of suggested product brands to help her improve and maintain good health. I was also given instructions about possible allergy reactions (swelling of the face) to be aware of. My dog came In excited and left the same way. It was a great and informative visit. The staff is nice. The vet is a very caring doctor who interacts with the animals well. Doctor’s handling of the animals and their eagerness to please is evident we have the right veterinary clinic.

Amazing Doctor and staff! As an animal lover and rescuer of many animals in my lifetime I have had many veterinary experiences. Animal Clinic of the 4 States is hands down the best animal practice I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. I have a very mean disabled cat that Dr.Steinbach takes the best care of even if he is rude as heck to her staff.

We took our new dog, Breezy, acquired from the Joplin Humane Society there for a mandated wellness check. Everyone was friendly and professional, genuinely cared about our dog, answered questions and made numerous suggestions for getting us and her up to speed in our home. Haven't had a vet since Main Street Pet closed last year but will definitely be returning here.
