I paid for the cram course and the instructor had connection issues with his internet and wanted to continue the class until 9pm that night and when the internet got fixed, he wanted to reschedule for the following day which was a Sunday. I already had plans and could not attend and asked for a refund and got ghosted. I also reported to the BBB and they wouldn’t reply to them either so I disputed with my credit card company. Not recommended at all in any capacity. Waste of money and time.

First of all I like the staff, they’re kind and good people but it doesn’t seem like teaching is a gift some of them have. For example John Weikel, he will start explaining one thing then he gets completely off topic which the students just end up being super confused! Second of all, I finished my 2 week course in October 16th and turned in all my projects and they were supposed to be grading that within a week or 2 after submission. Today as of November 21st all they’re telling me is that there’s no one in the office to grade it, it’s been a whole month now with no results! It’s best if you look for another place for you to spend your money and actually learn something and get your license. Don’t waste your time here!

One instructor is extremely difficult to understand. He is elderly and mumbles. He asks you to participate in class but then makes you feel stupid for asking or answering his questions. The class as a whole is very frustrated. There are some things he has told us differs from what we have learned in related classes from different instructors. He gets off topic and everyone is confused where we are in the material.

We have invested in these classes to improve our lives, eager to get into the real estate business, however I feel and others in these classes feel this is not quality education for us.

I would like to add the other two instructors are very very good and knowledgeable.

This “school” failed to renew their license with the Kentucky Commissions office (call to verify if you don’t believe me) and during this time they were still accepting money and offered classes they weren’t approved to offer. They were punished by the real estate commission, and guess what... they never once reached out to inform their students of this nor tell them the classes they invested time and money into actually aren’t approved. No apology - no acknowledgement, they just left students to have to beg the commission to grant an exception since it wasn’t the students fault forcing them to jump through many hoops and costing them extra time they could have been selling houses, one student got her licenses after the commission granted her an exception - but no blanket was made for all other students they are doing it case by case another student I know is still waiting months later for that decision to be made, then me - I couldn’t even get the school to respond to offer me a test, but after months and months knowing how they are and the extra hoops I felt it would be better to chose another school so I can skip the headache with the commission. The owner has it where he can’t be reached by phone, he ignored all two dozen emails, and certified letter I’ve sent. I’m disgusted by what I thought was a reputable business who’s acting so fraudulent!

I’ll be filing formal complaints on them after giving them ample time to make it right and instead choosing to ignore me.

Don’t waste your time here! Besides they teach from their outdated school binder rather than the book, the book is what the commissions test on not their binders that are poorly done!

I like this school but they have 1 instructor that teaches a lot and he’s rude, disrespectful, belittling. He encourages you to ask questions and when you do he doesn’t answer them and makes you feel stupid. Everyone in the class agrees. People have to leave in the middle of class because we aren’t able to understand him or learn. He’s really bringing the school down and makes it hard to learn anything. I’d rather go home and study alone than be subjected to his instruction!!!! The school would get a 5 star otherwise. I paid for this school and I don’t think it’s ok for him to be rude and disrespectful when I’m asking questions to learn more! He keeps the class over past 5:30 and that’s not allowed. He mumbles and we can’t understand what notes to take.

Love the instructors, office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't mind to take my money and we're very helpful enrolling for classes but upon completion of the program I have had a terrible time getting a copy of my transcript. Very bad phone/people skills.

They were all about getting my money but when it comes to signing up to take the school test, you cant get anyone that knows anything. They all act stupid when it comes that time. Lacking phone skills and office personnel. Will not recommend anyone to go here. Will be glad when this is over and i can get on with my career if i can ever get the results back.

A friend of mine spent the money for the coursework and was ripped off. They were rude and dismissive. I tried to help him by contacting them--the owner, the company, and the staff are unprofessional and should not be trusted. After two years, he was not refunded.
