I love this place. I know so many folks here have commented on the high price and expense; yet the level of quality and care this team gives is worth it. I have an old dog who needs pretty consistent check ups and care and the level of quality communication, follow up, and timeline for prescriptions is excellent. Grateful for the team here that keeps my dog happy and healthy.

This place is profit-driven, not paitent-driven.

I brought my cat in for a respiratory ailment about a week ago. She's old, around 19. We were looking for a way to see what was going on with her and give her a bit of relief from her congestion.

The vet took a quick look at my cat before immediately recommending a slew of tests that would have cost $1.6K. This included X-rays, which...why would you possibly recommend x-rays as a first line of diagnosis? I crossed out everything but the basic blood panel. That came back pretty clean, so they gave her an injection of antibiotics.

Well, that helped a little bit. But it really didn't lead to an improvement, and they didn't really look into her ancillary symptoms.

Honestly, I left the place feeling like they were just trying to sell the use of their machines in an effort to make as much off the appointment as possible.

I took her to another vet office today in Morgan Hill, and they were much more attentive to her symptoms and my estimate for her care was about 1/4 the cost.

It's left me with a bad taste in my mouth, as this is increasingly common in the veterinarian (and, let's face it, medical) space. We go there under duress, worried sick about our pets, and they abuse our trust by trying to maximize profits from the visit, possibly at the expense of what you went there for: care.

I get that the staff is likely just doing what is demanded of them by management. I don't blame them. But the it's pretty clear what the priorities are here.

Do not bring your pets here. I brought my dog in for an exam and was Also conserned at the fact she was not eating. I was told to do blood work, and then x rays to follow. Only financially i cannot afford such procedures especially Since ex rays require an additional amount of money to have a specialist look at them. I respecfully declined and the vet tech was very rude and was trying to make me feel bad about my decsision. Maybe if the prices werent ridiculously high this place would have More 5 star reviews. Owner and staff are completely rude.

I would not even give one star to this vet not one I have to agree with most of the people on here about them just overcharging and all their interested in is getting money more money and more money all the answers that the owner gave her all the were oh I'm so sorry I'm so sorry no you're not you wouldn't charge people what you charge them if you were sorry when we tell you I took my dog in there twice the second time I took him in there I told him what was going on with my dog well that next morning I had to take him to a different vet and have him put down my dog died I will never ever go back to this bed again I will not refer them to anybody in fact I will tell everybody to stay away you overcharge people tremendously I mean that's ridiculous what you charge I've never been charged that all my life I've owned dogs never been charged the prices that you you guys charge. I received medicine medication was charged at least $300 both times for my visit when was during the day when was it in the evening of course my dog never took those medications because he died before he could so I want a full refund on both visitsI will be visiting PayPal which is what I used to pay for it with to get at least one of the charges back. Okay so I'm a little distraught and little off of my adding and subtracting right now but you got to realize I just lost my dog but the 98.00 is not for emergency visit that was done during the day so it shouldn't have been an emergency visit the $131 and the 98 we're done in the same day. I paid for that visit. The other visit was paid for by a friend so I will have to wait to talk to him about what exactly he got charged. But I know that the first visit u guys gave an estimate of some ungodly amount then the second visit that amount went up. And the first visit was the emergency visit and they didn't even listen to his heart or his lungs on either and if they would have they would have heard my dogs heart was not beating properly and he had fluid in his lungs. Needless to say I lost my dog within a matter of hours of taking him there and when calling the office itself after losing my dog it was like oh that's too bad what was the doctor know bye that was it nothing more and I still haven't heard from anybody so I have to agree with the bad reviews that say you guys are all in it for the money cuz that's all it is money money money money money money money money money money money money money. And no please don't post my invoices online it gives my address and everything on there I don't want all that online thank you

My puppy is very healthy but I was very worried about the possibility of parvo, so she agreed to a parvo titer test, and antibodies were in the high range and her immune system is good! Doctor also palpated the abdomen and stimulated the poop right out of my puppy for a fecal test 🙂
She was very gentle and very knowledgeable
