Recently moved to Austin and needed to see an ENT. My visit with the Dr. was less than 5 minutes if you’re looking for more personalized care definitely look elsewhere. I’ve been to clinics where I felt heard and had my concerns properly addressed and this was not it. The whole visit felt rushed to get me out of there.

I really like Sharon Richardson. She is very professional and helpful. She fitted my first set of hearing aids which changed my life. I now have a new set of hearing aids from her and they are even better. My advice to other older folks is go get your hearing checked by a professional and get good hearing aids. If you think that your spouse is mumbling, it’s your ears not her voice. I highly recommend Sharon to anyone having trouble hearing.

Sharon, my audiologist, is very knowledgeable, considerate, helpful and nice, and everything else a client needs in their audiologist! I also see my physician once a year to see if there is a medical issue that can be corrected to improve my hearing. They are efficient with my time and theirs. So, A+ to the whole team.

Excellent turnaround from appt request to appt being made. (Next day). Dr Dao was thorough and analyzed condition with prescription that will hopefully eliminate the problem which brought me to see her. My regular doctor retired and I’m confident I now have a very good replacement allergist!
