So first I can't say enough about How wonderfully amazing this place is. My 17 yr old cat became very ill. I called and Sacha got me an appointment the same day. When I arrived she checked me in quickly. Sweet and Kind. Then I met our Angel on earth. Mariah. I don't know how to praise her enough. She was so kind , compassionate and just was so much comfort. I felt like God sent me a gift with Mariah. And Dr Bob was also fabulous. Went over everything and offered honest advice. I am very thankful to all of this crew. You were awsome for sure. I can't recommend enough. I will use them for any pets needs. Thank you. ❤️

if i can give no stars at all i would
my experience here started 4 months ago with my first cat who i rescued with a broken leg they are con artists here do not believe u paying less they had me waiting for hours to find out they want to charge $1600 for leg amputation plus they never did and they had me come several times for office visits to charge me for several DR visits for nothing i ended up taking my cat to Long island NY and they charged me $700 for emergency leg amputation plus the after care everything cost $700
then today 01/10/2025 i brought my Tux to them because he been having a dark stool they had me waiting for 2 hours and they been taking people that just walked in the door after me
then i go in the exam room and right before they even check Tux the guy telling me this might cost me over $500 , I yold him they haven't checked Tux yet and i explained that i just lost my job can they give me a payment plan and he said no
the guy is very rude telling me that this is a business and no we will not give payment plan
i asked if i can apply for the care card he is liks you have to do that on ur own then he kicks me out and he doesn't allow my cat to
be examined
well this is a place that doesn't care about the animals
this is a place that only cares about money its disgusting
i cried to the office manager to let the DR see Tux even i told him i will borrow the money and my aunt will pay and he still kicked me out

Worst animal place ever been to. Adopted 2 kittens paid all money upfront they told me shot next week was included in price. Came next week and they changed there agreement. Asked to speak to manager . They said go other building just got off phone with them. Went other building and they said no manager there all day. Thanks for stealing extra money from me and lying to my face about your promises in vacations. Scam place
