I’ve not had the best experience with other grooming services, my dog never feels clean and has an oily feel to her coat whenever I took her to other groomers. However Bark Place Dog Spa exceeded all my expectations. My dog is so soft and smells amazing now. I swear there hasn’t been a stray hair found since. My dog received the large bliss bath which included a nail trim she also got a blueberry facial and a teeth cleaning. Bark place dog spa offered such a calm and gentle environment and I got such cute photos of my baby girl after her spa day. 10/10 recommend.

If you are looking for a top notch groomer in Villa Rica, Bark Place Dog Spa is the place to go!
Kara Lewis was very meticulous and took great care to make our furbabies feel pampered from start to finish. This new salon is absolutely spotless and has top-end equipment which helps to make the grooming as comfortable as possible. I loved the addition of a coffee bar which made me feel at home in this spa as well. Every little detail was thought of as the owners planned this place.
I HIGHLY recommend Bark Place and want to assure you that your furbaby will be in THE BEST of hands here - and come out looking photo-shoot ready!

I’ve never had a dog that required grooming until now Kara and her staff I would write 11 out of 10 I love them and so does My sweet cash that is our recently rescued Shih Tzu, who doesn’t always take out with strangers very well ❤️ I will forever be taking him here. This spa is Amazing! We walked in to a very clean relaxing atmosphere (this was important since Eddie is shy with strangers) Eddie relaxed and seemed to enjoy his experience He came out looking so good and happy! Kara did a Excellent job on his grooming and we will most certainly be back!

Kara is so loving and gentle with my pup. She allowed him to explore and become more comfortable in the spa area. I see the love and care she has for dogs, and I so appreciate her.
The Spa ambiance is very relaxing, inviting, and calm. My boy had a de-shedding, was bathed, teeth cleaned, and nails trimmed. She even put an adorable Halloween bandana on him.
After the appointment Kara and Michelle send a grooming report along with a photo of your dog. I love the thought that goes into all they do! I’ll certainly bring him back to see Kara!

This was Cairo’s first time going to Kara for a groom, and I was extremely impressed. I love that she works with the pups one-on-one and doesn’t kennel them at all. She was aware that my dog has gotten anxious during previous visits with other groomers but still gave him a chance. After the groom, she said he has a lot of potential and gave advice on how to reach it. The environment was very welcoming, and I know my dog will love it here. Not only because of Kara and her staff but also because of the toys in the lobby, haha.

Yes! Yes! I can not express enough how amazing this place is. From the moment I made my Shih Tzu, Finnleys appointment to when I left with a clean, wonderfully groomed and HAPPY fur baby, my pup and I were treated with kindness and respect. What I wanted/expected was important, they listened and did not disappoint. My Finnley is excited each time we return to see Kara and Michelle and runs to the grooming table. You are missing out if you don’t use this small business for your grooming needs.
