Most of the time I have no problem with them. what changed my mind is they have a after hour service when you call later at night. So when you Yorkie has a 14 in cut you call and wait for 2 hours waiting for help and there is no reply ever, even the next day. And when you call and ask why no one call back all they keep saying is "oh that is another company, we don't have a part with that". So don't think that will help at 9 pm with a wounded dog or anything else other just pack them up and go to west plains or Springfield.

Dr. Mike Orchard is the best , he has gone above and beyond what is expected of a vet, and we couldn't possibly express how greatful we are for his dedication to not only caring for animals he cares for how they are treated and took the steps to stop the sale of injured horses and falsified vet papers . Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Bell fixed my cat that had a horrible wound I didn't think he could put him back together but he did a wonderful job of it. Cat is fully healed. They also take their time with you and don't make you feel rushed.

I take my Wiemarner (Willow) to them and my Granddaughter's Labrawiener (Bella) in to be spayed on August 23rd, 2021.

Love the people that work there. They take great care to make sure that our 'little man' of the family gets his required checkups and he doesn't seem scared of the staff or Doctor so I think it's a great plus. He is almost 6 months old, and a malti-poo, not the total miniature that we really wanted but he's about 8-9 pounds now and hopefully forever.. 😀 Today he becomes a man,,,, less a couple of things but I know he's in good hands. Thank you guys for making our 'Jax' a healthy little terror in the house 😀 ... After 3 months I've figured out, he's been training us .. 🙂
