I took my Standard Poodle, Rusty, in today. Instructions were: shave him down everywhere except the beard. Cautions about burning his skin and a couple lumps developing. The job was done absolutely perfect. I have every intention of bringing my dog back to Bath and Biscuit for his grooming. I'm very grateful for the care given.

If you love your fur babies, you won’t bring them here. I stopped taking my pup a couple years ago when I walked in on the owner calling my dog names because he wouldn’t get in the kennel after his cleaning. I guess she didn’t hear me come in but looked surprised when she saw me. I can’t even begin to imagine how she treats the dogs when they aren’t well behaved or scared.

I took my dog there for a nail trim. I stood at the counter and watched, while she put my dog on the table. She began to trim his nails, when suddenly she began smacking my dog around and yelling at him. She claims he tried to bite her, but I didn't see it. This is not the first time she has trimmed his nails, so he knew who she was. But the fact that she had the nerve to abuse my dog in front of me is disturbing!! I had 2 other dogs that were regularly groomed by her in the past and not had an issue, other than her being very rude and hateful at times. I have to wonder if she is abusive to other dogs, if nobody else is there watching. I won't be taking my dog or any future dogs there again. The other 2 dogs I had always hated going there. Maybe there was a reason

She does a great job on my 3 fur babies. She stays booked, so it's best to make your next appointment when picking up your baby.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This was our first grooming experience. It started great, the lady was nice, and I was excited to be able to give my dog a special treat because she is an older dog. After not hearing from them for 2 1/2 hours, I headed over. My experience changed dramatically.

I witnessed a dog being hit and screamed at. I heard the dog's, including mine, threatened to be beaten and learned my dog knocked over the grooming table while being tide to it and is now injured.

The woman later lied and told me she didn't fall. When they brought her out, she was shaved to the skin which was not what I expected and I was appalled. She is a beautiful Red Healer.

We will NEVER go back there after our experience!

If you don't want your dog abused then I wouldn't take them there. My dog is still traumatized after what she went through!

Very rude customer service. I called to inquire about dog grooming. As soon as she answered the phone and I stated I was inquiring about dog grooming, I was rudely interrupted and informed if I have never been there before she was not taking new clients. I was unable to even ask a single question. I won’t be worried about going here even if she starts taking new clients.

I feel our experience could have been much better. The customer service was short and unpersonable. Payment was required before I was able to see my pet. It is very possible that my pet wasn't bathed (a service that I payed for), my pet was covered in loose hair, and DOUSED in extremely unpleasant smelling perfume, enough so that we all changed our clothes and washed hands TRYING remove the smell unsuccessfully. Ultimately bathing our pet trying to keep the smell out of carpets and off furniture. I can not say that I would recommend this business to anyone based on this experience.
