I am writing this review to formally document a highly concerning experience with BEEVET Animal Hospital regarding the quarantine care of my dog.

My pet was placed in quarantine under their supervision in excellent health — with no preexisting medical or physical issues. Upon retrieval after approximately nine days, I observed a significant injury to his right eye, specifically a subconjunctival hemorrhage (visible bleeding in the white of the eye). This injury was not present at the time of intake and was discovered immediately upon pickup. No explanation or incident report was provided by the clinic, nor was the injury acknowledged by staff at the time of release.

Before the quarantine began, BEEVET staff informed me that they would provide daily photo updates during my dog’s stay. In reality, I received only one photo -on the first day- and no further updates for the remainder of the quarantine period. More importantly, I was never notified of any health concern, injury, or incident involving my dog.

This lack of transparency and failure to communicate is deeply troubling, especially considering the level of trust and financial cost involved in entrusting them with my pet’s care. Eye trauma of this nature is commonly associated with physical injury, rough handling, or extreme stress, and without proper records or communication, the possibility of negligence or mistreatment is serious and cannot be ignored.

I am currently:

Having the injury assessed by an independent licensed veterinarian, and

Formally requesting all records related to my dog’s care during the quarantine period.

Based on the findings, I will be filing a complaint with the state veterinary medical board and exploring legal action IF warranted.

Pet owners deserve transparency, accountability, and competent care. Unfortunately, my experience with BEEVET Animal Hospital has failed to meet these basic standards. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when considering this facility for their pet’s well-being.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for the last few years, and I can’t say enough good things! The staff is incredibly friendly and truly goes above and beyond to make sure your animal feels comfortable and well cared for. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and always take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. On top of that, their pricing is very fair, which is always a plus when you want the best care without breaking the bank. It’s so reassuring knowing that our pets are in such compassionate hands. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch veterinary team!

I wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Christina Forras. I’ve seen multiple vets here at BeeVet but no one compares to Dr. Forras. She is the most attentive and thorough when examining my Archie. Most of the doctors give a long list of test and treatment options for you to choose from but Dr Forras doesn’t do that. She will use her best judgment and provide a treatment plan that she feels would be the best care for your pet and wallet. After a few days she will personally text you about your dog’s wellbeing because she truly cares! Dr. Forras goes above and beyond, and is one of the few people I trust taking care of my Archie!

i cannot believe I have waited this long to post a review but it is about time. We have been a customer of Dr. Chow and Beevet for 15 plus years with many good times and not so good times. They have treated our family with the utmost respect and professionalism one could ever expect. They have handled major injuries, the sad times of humane euthanasia, and now a new puppy. They always follow up with even the most routine visits. Our dogs and cats appreciate Beevet and we highly recommend them.

We’ve seen three different vets at Beevet and all 3 have been exceptional. They are so kind, patient and understanding. Most recently we saw Dr. Mohan lyengar and he was incredibly thorough. He gave us lots of treatment options and took his time explaining everything to us even if he has to explain it twice. Price of services are reasonable especially with the great service they provide.

We have been going to BEEVET since 2021;
Originally with two pups, now we have 5 and all of them are treated like family at BEEVET;
One of our dogs has epilepsy which requires us to be in contact with a vet consistently and BEEVET is always very communicative.
