Truly amazing service!

I came in to find a specific product that the maker said would was sold here.
Bellini's was out of the product, but a lovely salesperson shared about another product very knowledgeably and offered me and my friend a free sample!
I can't wait to try it on my hair and will absolutely come back to get the full sized items from this shop (which would be out of my way a bit) because of the incredible customer service!

i’ve been coming here for years. their selection is unbeatable. i recently got some facials done with eliza and a new skincare routine. my skin has been the worst it’s ever been, and i could not find anything that worked for me. the owner recommended me some products from yonka that drastically changed my skin. after my first facial, my skin was really red and irritated, as per usual with extractions. i got my second facial done yesterday, and my skin is not as red or irritated as it always is. i’m confident its the products i’m using now that have made the difference. i have been to countless facialists in portland, and eliza really is the best. the staff is also very knowledgeable and personable and are always there to help you with anything. the owner has a really good eye for picking out the best products, and knowing exactly what you need upon arriving. i highly recommend this place to everybody. all my friends that i recommend this place to love it. it’s also a great spot for high quality gifts 🎁. a true gem in portland.

I've been going to Bellini's for at least 8 years now for skincare products and facials. Sonia is a wealth of knowledge and has always tended to my skin with attention to detail, expertise, and custom solutions. I have super sensitive skin, prone to breakout, and recently dealing with lots of inflammation. No matter the season or concern, Sonia has curated the right routine for me. My skin has never been better than when I follow her recommendations. I would highly recommend Bellini's for anyone wanting high end skin care products and custom solutions. I also personally love that Bellini's is an independent, local, and female-owned company. Check them out!

After multiple bad experiences at other salons, I came to Bellinis as my last hope. Eliza was wonderful, she was very kind and knowledgeable in skin treatments and daily skincare. After a couple months of facials and products recommended by them, my skin has never been better. Bellini's is an amazing gem. My skin was feeling dry and tight. Overall I just felt like my face was lacking the brightness it once had. I had tried to piecemeal my skincare routine by reading articles and reviews, watching videos from dermatologists, and trying to self diagnose my skin. I finally went in and explained my frustrations to Sonia. She's a fountain of knowledge and explained what she was seeing and how to treat it. I've been getting regular facials and my skin is so much happier. Others often comment on how my skin has been looking better and I always tell them to make an appointment at Bellini's.

I also have a bit of anxiety when getting any kind of treatment (dental, facials, etc.) and Sonia is so patient with me.

I happened in to Bellini’s about 4 years ago and Sonia, the owner, was there and helped me address some skin problems, both with products and treatments, and I have been seeing her ever since. She is a delight and so super knowledgeable about skin. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a facial! And the bonus is the products they sell are great too, from perfumes to candles to skin treatment products. Bellini’s is a Portland gem!
