When our dog was attacked by a wild boar he sustained an extremely deep gash on his neck that was six inches long! We panicked because he had never been seen by any vet on this island. We called this clinic, and remarkably, they were able to get him in and surgically repair the wound almost immediately. We were also very worried because we couldn't get a collar and leash on him, but they were like, don't worry, just bring him. Meg was wonderful! She worked with us to creatively get him into the office and get him examined and sedated for surgery. Dr. Ansari is highly competent and also extremely compassionate and personable. She was so patient and understanding when our dog became uncooperative. The surgery was a success and Jennifer clearly explained post op and medication instructions and kindly answered all our questions. We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our experience. We also felt the fee for services was reasonable, and honestly can't recommend this animal clinic enough!

I brought my Great Pyrenees in for her initial vet appointment almost three months ago. I knew something serious was going on with her right hind leg so I specifically chose this vet because they supposedly offered mobile service in the event I had to euthanize her. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. The first few visits, the staff were friendly and accommodating given the circumstances. Once the vet was out on maternity leave, the staff became negligent and unsympathetic. I have been providing palliative care and had to wait three days for my pup’s meds and had to call back to check on the status as my dog is now severely suffering and the meds are the only way for me to help mitigate the pain. A few days ago, I called as it is now time to consider putting her down. I called asking if anyone can come out and did not receive a call back. I called a few days later upset and distraught and complained about not receiving a call back and the staff member who answered the phone refused to schedule an appointment and told me to go to a clinic. She did not even specify which one or where. The lack of compassion and professional misconduct was overwhelming. If I ever adopt another dog, there is no way in hell I would ever bring my pet here. Strapped for cash, the cost of service is unwarranted for the poor quality of care received. Do not bring your pet here.

I didn't leave feeling good about my experience. No one was rude or anything. But the visit seemed more about looking up billing codes than discussing treatment plans and options for my dog. Dr. Ansari seemed to be less informed than other vets I have discussed treatment options with.

Highly Recommend – A Truly Compassionate Vet Clinic

For the past week, our cat wasn’t feeling well, and we were desperate to get help. After trying to see our regular vet (who, despite being a long-time client, wanted to charge us over $300 just for a visit), we found ourselves frustrated, upset, and unable to get our cat the care he needed. We called many other vets on the island, but none were accepting new patients.

Then, on Monday, after hearing multiple recommendations on Facebook, we decided to call this clinic. They were able to book us an appointment for that afternoon, which was such a relief. The clinic itself is small but lovely, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming and kind.

When we met Dr Ansari, we were immediately struck by how supportive and caring she was. She patiently explained what might be happening with our cat and took the time to answer all of our questions. She ran blood tests and even an X-ray, tailoring the exams to our financial situation and ensuring we understood every step of the process. The level of care and understanding was beyond what we could have hoped for.

Less than 24 hours after our visit, our cat was already feeling significantly better, eating and drinking again. We will continue to monitor him, but we are beyond grateful for how Dr Ansari helped save his life. Her kindness, expertise, and dedication to her patients really resonate with us.

Additionally, something that truly touched us was their respectful gesture toward pet owners who are grieving. At the entrance, there’s a lightboard that signals when someone is saying goodbye to their pet. While we were there, we witnessed the respect and quiet reverence for someone going through such an emotional moment, and it deeply moved us.

This clinic has truly won our hearts, and we’re thrilled to have found our new family vet. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, understanding, and skilled care for their pets.

Amazing doctor and staff. Dr Ansari did everything in her power for my baby Kailani.. I will forever appreciate her as my fur babies doctor, she loves her patients and clients very much. She doesn’t do it for the money, she truly cares about her patients and it shows. I will never bring them to another vet, I trust her and her staff with everything.

i think all vets are caring people! i have gone to several over the years of having many various pets, especially Rottweilers. Took my recent baby to them, she loved it!

ALL OF THEM were awesome.

And on a business part, they were on time and fast. sadly others tend not to be (and sorry to the others) but its bad enough we go to the doctors for our health and have to WAIT!!

Also with this day and age of watching our wallets AND living in Hawaii! They were the most reasonably priced!!

Dr. Ansari provided an in-home euthanasia service for our cat Mr. Pineapple recently. He was 16 years old and had trouble riding in cars, so allowing him to stay home in his favorite chair was really invaluable.

Dr. Ansari was professional and made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease during the procedure. We couldn't recommend her Mobile Veterinary service more highly.
