Not sure what type of people they’re hiring now. The front desk girl with colorful hair and color tattoos needs to learn how to talk to people in a more respectful way. Maybe a refresher or a different position.

Additional : * They apologized for not being able to help and approve a prescription before end of business . But had time to reply to a review….. * priorities *. According to phone time records, I initially called Bowes at 4:10PM. I decided to just walk in around 4:28 PM. Bowes closes at 6PM. When I walked in, I observed a few staff members available. One of them being nice and actually greeting me. I told her why I was there and the one colorful hair lady chimed in. To make it short, this review would have been avoided if she wasn’t so rude.

I would 100% understand if the business was busy, but there was only ONE other dog in the front lobby. I would have patiently waited, not problem. A wait is worth my dog getting food. If another staff member would have helped or would have given me some advice on what to feed my dog, I would have left with no issue. But apparently she did not know.

ALL the other staff members are much appreciated. If you go into the office, ask to be helped by anyone else.

My dog started acting super strange and seemed extremely off, so I brought him here to see what was what. I felt like the staff here, Caden, Jessica and especially Dr. Sunny truly understood my worry and my dogs pain. They treated him quickly and lovingly. Exactly the kind of people you want to be around when your in a time of crisis for your animal. They also have military discounts if you're a veteran, so just another huge plus. I'll continue to have Dr. Sunny see my dog in the future for anything regarding my best friends health.

14 YEARS, thats how long I've been happy at Bowes, but I called this morning and asked for Erica and was told she's not there anymore. My favorite gal is gone and so am I. Sorry, but Erica is one of the reasons Bowes became my vet. Happy and smiley and witty all the time. I am sorry to see her go. Your stars go from 5 to 1. 12-23-24.

10/10 experience with this vet. They have the best people working there and provide exceptional care for our fur babies. Prices are fair and they even check to see if they can provide additional services your pet might need while they already have them sedated like dental cleaning. Thanks for being so great!!

The staff and all four doctors here are amazing. My dog was a patient of this clinic for about two years before we had to find a different bed because we moved further away. The doctors truly care about your pet and will take as much time needed during the visit to listen to all the concerns and fully evaluate your dog. I was an awe at how much time they spent with my dog at each visit to make sure my dog was up-to-date on all the markers and vaccines along with any other concerns. Highly Recommended this vet clinic.

Bowes is amazing! They took my challenging cat, and I as one time clients after she had an accident and needed more specialized care. They were wonderful to work with and so kind. The staff were so sweet, and easily accommodated her unique circumstances. I was able to easily get her in, even to accommodate a 20+ mile trip there. My senior kitty is doing perfectly, and their prices are very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff and doctors were great. My dog was feeling better almost immediately. They didn't push us into anything we didn't want to do that day. They addressed his issue and had us keep them informed about his progress. Costs didn't send us into poverty as well.

I love this vet clinic! It's spacious, clean, and the staff are attentive. The doctors are great too – very knowledgeable and kind. I have four dogs, two of whom are seniors. They're always willing to fit me in whenever my senior pups have an emergency.
