All the staff here are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I've had all manner of things shipped through here; sometimes even tricky or odd requests; and they are unfazed and always know what the best way to ship a particular item is. They also stock a good variety of boxes in all sizes, for all needs, and at reasonable prices. Highest possible recommendation.

I moved to a different neighborhood and I’ve missed Brooklyn Postal every day since. Some highlights: everyone in the shop is so kind, I got a fantastic passport photo here, and 50 cents to print a shipping label is brilliant….. my new place charges $1 just to drop off a package 🙄 Brooklyn Postal forever!!!

Super helpful. A package dropped off a few days earlier didn't get a tracking update. I called the store and they asked me to email them. Within an hour, they sent security camera footage of the package on the shelf and then being loaded into the truck - so I knew it was on the way. The package arrived safely. They also have been super responsive with questions via email about shipping protocols. Their customer service is excellent. I've been super impressed!
