Sunday notary for two dollars per signature! Amazing price for a great service.

This place is very clean, with calm music and a friendly staff. They are open seven days a week, which is very unique and convenient.

They have all the shipping services: FedEx, DHL, USPS. They also have mailboxes, fax, document scanning, Internet, etc.

Went on my lunch to notarize a document. Short wait- 2 dollars a signature and they overnighted and put my documents in an envelope for me! Friendly staff. Would recommend for notary and shipping!

Dropped off an important item Thursday early afternoon. Called the company late Saturday night to confirm shipment in route. Shippers Express is the WRONG NAME. They didn't even scan the item to show I dropped it off. I have 5 days to return this item before getting charged!! Now I need to go back to find out what happened!

2023 UPDATE: Wanted to update everyone - this business has really updated their customer service game. I've been using them frequently to ship USPS items (for a very small service fee) because it really beats walking much further to the Brooklyn Cadman Plaza post office branch with its long lines and inconsistent customer service. This business has a very handy email address to which you can sending mailing labels and they will print them out and attach them to packages for you. Service recently has been friendly and efficient.

I’m quite surprised at all of the very positive reviews here-I live very close to this store and would prefer to use them but have been turned off many times by their hostile and unfriendly manner. I’ve come in to ask questions and they answer with one word and no explanation (and certainly no smile). When I have used their services I find the transaction to be just as unfriendly. With so many other neighborhood options within a couple of blocks in any direction I prefer to get more steps in and take my business elsewhere, even when lugging a large item for shipping.

They are illegally charging $8 for in person notary services citing NYS recent notary changes. NY State now says “notaries must keep a “journal” or record of their notarial acts. Importantly, the notarial journal must be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years and must be capable of being produced to the secretary of state, or others, when needed.” They did not change the $3 fee for in person notarized documents.
